⁴⁰ And the King will answer and say to them: Verily I say to you, inasmuch as ye did it to one of the least of these my brethren, ye did it to me.

⁵⁰ For whoever shall do the will of my Father who is in heaven, he is my brother, and sister, and mother.

³⁴ A new commandment I give to you, that ye love one another; as I loved you, that ye also love one another. ³⁵ By this shall all know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one toward another.

⁸ But if any one provides not for his own, and especially for those of his own house, he has denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever.

³⁵ So also will my heavenly Father do to you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother.

¹¹ For both he that sanctifies and they who are sanctified are all of one; for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,

²² Having purified your souls in obeying the truth unto unfeigned brotherly love, love one another from the heart fervently;

¹⁵ But if thy brother shall sin against thee, go show him his fault between thee and him alone, If he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. ¹⁶ But if he hear not, take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. ¹⁷ And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it to the church; and if he neglect to hear the church also, let him be to thee as a heathen and a publican. ¹⁸ Verily I say to you: Whatever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. ¹⁹ Again I say to you, that if two of you shall agree on earth, concerning any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. ²⁰ For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

²⁰ If any one say, I love God, and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he that loves not his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?

¹ LET brotherly love continue.

¹⁵ Every one that hates his brother is a murderer; and ye know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him.
