³⁴ Jesus answered them: Verily, verily, I say to you, every one who commits sin is a servant of sin.

³ For though walking in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh; ⁴ (for the weapons of our warfare are not fleshly, but mighty before God to the pulling down of strongholds) ⁵ casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ;

¹⁸ Flee fornication. Every sin that a man commits is without the body; but he that commits fornication, sins against his own body.

²⁵ Husbands, love your wives, as also Christ loved the church, and gave himself up for it;

²⁸ But I say to you, that every one who looks on a woman, to lust after her, has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

³² But I say to you, that whoever shall put away his wife, save for the cause of fornication, makes her commit adultery; and whoever shall marry her when put away, commits adultery.

⁴ Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge.
