  27 H7651 ושׁבע And the seven H6510 הפרות kine H7534 הרקות thin H7451 והרעת and ill favored H5927 העלת that came up H310 אחריהן after H7651 שׁבע them seven H8141 שׁנים years; H2007 הנה   H7651 ושׁבע and the seven H7641 השׁבלים ears H7386 הרקות empty H7710 שׁדפות blasted H6921 הקדים with the east wind H1961 יהיו shall be H7651 שׁבע seven H8141 שׁני years H7458 רעב׃ of famine.

  30 H6965 וקמו And there shall arise H7651 שׁבע them seven H8141 שׁני years H7458 רעב of famine; H310 אחריהן after H7911 ונשׁכח shall be forgotten H3605 כל and all H7647 השׂבע the plenty H776 בארץ in the land H4714 מצרים of Egypt; H3615 וכלה shall consume H7458 הרעב and the famine H853 את   H776 הארץ׃ the land;

  31 H3808 ולא shall not H3045 יודע be known H7647 השׂבע And the plenty H776 בארץ in the land H6440 מפני by reason of H7458 הרעב famine H1931 ההוא that H310 אחרי following; H3651 כן following; H3588 כי for H3515 כבד grievous. H1931 הוא it H3966 מאד׃ very

  36 H1961 והיה shall be H400 האכל And that food H6487 לפקדון for store H776 לארץ to the land H7651 לשׁבע against the seven H8141 שׁני years H7458 הרעב of famine, H834 אשׁר which H1961 תהיין shall be H776 בארץ in the land H4714 מצרים of Egypt; H3808 ולא not H3772 תכרת perish H776 הארץ that the land H7458 ברעב׃ through the famine.

  50 H3130 וליוסף And unto Joseph H3205 ילד were born H8147 שׁני two H1121 בנים sons H2962 בטרם before H935 תבוא came, H8141 שׁנת the years H7458 הרעב of famine H834 אשׁר which H3205 ילדה bore H621 לו אסנת Asenath H1323 בת the daughter H6319 פוטי פרע of Poti-pherah H3548 כהן priest H204 און׃ of On

  54 H2490 ותחלינה began H7651 שׁבע And the seven H8141 שׁני years H7458 הרעב of dearth H935 לבוא to come, H834 כאשׁר according as H559 אמר had said: H3130 יוסף Joseph H1961 ויהי was H7458 רעב and the dearth H3605 בכל in all H776 הארצות lands; H3605 ובכל but in all H776 ארץ the land H4714 מצרים of Egypt H1961 היה there was H3899 לחם׃ bread.

  56 H7458 והרעב And the famine H1961 היה was H5921 על over H3605 כל all H6440 פני the face H776 הארץ of the earth: H6605 ויפתח opened H3130 יוסף And Joseph H853 את   H3605 כל all H834 אשׁר the storehouses, H7666 בהם וישׁבר and sold H4713 למצרים   H2388 ויחזק waxed sore H7458 הרעב and the famine H776 בארץ in the land H4714 מצרים׃ unto the Egyptians;

  57 H3605 וכל And all H776 הארץ countries H935 באו came H4714 מצרימה into Egypt H7666 לשׁבר for to buy H413 אל to H3130 יוסף Joseph H3588 כי because H2388 חזק was sore H7458 הרעב that the famine H3605 בכל in all H776 הארץ׃ lands.

  5 H935 ויבאו came H1121 בני And the sons H3478 ישׂראל of Israel H7666 לשׁבר to buy H8432 בתוך among H935 הבאים those that came: H3588 כי for H1961 היה was H7458 הרעב the famine H776 בארץ in the land H3667 כנען׃ of Canaan.

  1 H7458 והרעב And the famine H3515 כבד sore H776 בארץ׃ in the land.

  6 H3588 כי For H2088 זה these H8141 שׁנתים two years H7458 הרעב the famine H7130 בקרב in H776 הארץ the land: H5750 ועוד and yet H2568 חמשׁ five H8141 שׁנים years, H834 אשׁר in the which H369 אין neither H2758 חרישׁ earing H7105 וקציר׃ nor harvest.

  11 H3557 וכלכלתי will I nourish H853 אתך   H8033 שׁם And there H3588 כי thee; for H5750 עוד yet H2568 חמשׁ five H8141 שׁנים years H7458 רעב of famine; H6435 פן lest H3423 תורשׁ thou hast, come to poverty. H859 אתה thou, H1004 וביתך and thy household, H3605 וכל and all H834 אשׁר׃ that

  4 H559 ויאמרו They said H413 אל moreover unto H6547 פרעה Pharaoh, H1481 לגור For to sojourn H776 בארץ in the land H935 באנו are we come; H3588 כי for H369 אין have no H4829 מרעה pasture H6629 לצאן for their flocks; H834 אשׁר for H5650 לעבדיך thy servants H3588 כי for H3515 כבד sore H7458 הרעב the famine H776 בארץ in the land H3667 כנען of Canaan: H6258 ועתה now H3427 ישׁבו dwell H4994 נא therefore, we pray thee, H5650 עבדיך let thy servants H776 בארץ in the land H1657 גשׁן׃ of Goshen.

  13 H3899 ולחם bread H369 אין And no H3605 בכל in all H776 הארץ the land; H3588 כי for H3515 כבד sore, H7458 הרעב the famine H3966 מאד very H3856 ותלה fainted H776 ארץ so that the land H4714 מצרים of Egypt H776 וארץ and the land H3667 כנען of Canaan H6440 מפני by reason of H7458 הרעב׃ the famine.

  20 H7069 ויקן bought H3130 יוסף And Joseph H853 את   H3605 כל all H127 אדמת the land H4714 מצרים of Egypt H6547 לפרעה for Pharaoh; H3588 כי for H4376 מכרו sold H4713 מצרים   H582 אישׁ   H7704 שׂדהו his field, H3588 כי because H2388 חזק prevailed H5921 עלהם over H7458 הרעב the famine H1961 ותהי became H776 הארץ them: so the land H6547 לפרעה׃ Pharaoh's.

  3 H559 ויאמרו said H413 אלהם unto H1121 בני And the children H3478 ישׂראל of Israel H4310 מי   H5414 יתן   H4191 מותנו we had died H3027 ביד by the hand H3068 יהוה of the LORD H776 בארץ in the land H4714 מצרים of Egypt, H3427 בשׁבתנו when we sat H5921 על by H5518 סיר pots, H1320 הבשׂר the flesh H398 באכלנו when we did eat H3899 לחם bread H7648 לשׂבע to the full; H3588 כי for H3318 הוצאתם   H853 אתנו   H413 אל into H4057 המדבר wilderness, H2088 הזה this H4191 להמית to kill H853 את   H3605 כל whole H6951 הקהל assembly H2088 הזה this H7458 ברעב׃ with hunger.

  48 H5647 ועבדת Therefore shalt thou serve H853 את   H341 איביך thine enemies H834 אשׁר which H7971 ישׁלחנו shall send H3068 יהוה the LORD H7458 בך ברעב against thee, in hunger, H6772 ובצמא and in thirst, H5903 ובעירם and in nakedness, H2640 ובחסר and in want H3605 כל of all H5414 ונתן and he shall put H5923 על a yoke H1270 ברזל of iron H5921 על upon H6677 צוארך thy neck, H5704 עד until H8045 השׁמידו he have destroyed H853 אתך׃  

  24 H4198 מזי burnt H7458 רעב with hunger, H3898 ולחמי and devoured H7565 רשׁף with burning heat, H6986 וקטב destruction: H4815 מרירי and with bitter H8127 ושׁן the teeth H929 בהמת of beasts H7971 אשׁלח I will also send H5973 בם עם upon them, with H2534 חמת the poison H2119 זחלי of serpents H6083 עפר׃ of the dust.

  1 H1961 ויהי Now it came to pass H3117 בימי in the days H8199 שׁפט when the judges H8199 השׁפטים ruled, H1961 ויהי that there was H7458 רעב a famine H776 בארץ in the land. H1980 וילך went H376 אישׁ And a certain man H1035 מבית לחם   H3063 יהודה   H1481 לגור to sojourn H7704 בשׂדי in the country H4124 מואב of Moab, H1931 הוא he, H802 ואשׁתו and his wife, H8147 ושׁני and his two H1121 בניו׃ sons.

  1 H1961 ויהי Then there was H7458 רעב a famine H3117 בימי in the days H1732 דוד of David H7969 שׁלשׁ three H8141 שׁנים years, H8141 שׁנה year H310 אחרי after H8141 שׁנה year; H1245 ויבקשׁ inquired H1732 דוד and David H853 את   H6440 פני inquired H3068 יהוה of the LORD.   13 H935 ויבא came H1410 גד So Gad H413 אל to H1732 דוד David, H5046 ויגד and told H559 לו ויאמר him, and said H935 לו התבוא come H7651 לך שׁבע unto him, Shall seven H8141 שׁנים years H7458 רעב of famine H776 בארצך unto thee in thy land? H518 אם or H7969 שׁלשׁה three H2320 חדשׁים months H5127 נסך wilt thou flee H6440 לפני before H6862 צריך thine enemies, H1931 והוא while they H7291 רדפך pursue H518 ואם thee? or H1961 היות that there be H7969 שׁלשׁת three H3117 ימים days' H1698 דבר pestilence H776 בארצך in thy land? H6258 עתה now H3045 דע advise, H7200 וראה and see H4100 מה what H7725 אשׁיב I shall return H7971 שׁלחי to him that sent H1697 דבר׃ answer

  37 H7458 רעב famine, H3588 כי If H1961 יהיה there be H776 בארץ in the land H1698 דבר pestilence, H3588 כי if H1961 יהיה there be H7711 שׁדפון blasting, H3420 ירקון mildew, H697 ארבה locust, H2625 חסיל caterpillar; H3588 כי if H1961 יהיה there be H3588 כי if H6887 יצר besiege H341 לו איבו their enemy H776 בארץ them in the land H8179 שׁעריו of their cities; H3605 כל whatsoever H5061 נגע plague, H3605 כל whatsoever H4245 מחלה׃ sickness

  2 H1980 וילך went H452 אליהו And Elijah H7200 להראות to show himself H413 אל unto H256 אחאב Ahab. H7458 והרעב famine H2389 חזק And a sore H8111 בשׁמרון׃ in Samaria.

  38 H477 ואלישׁע And Elisha H7725 שׁב came again H1537 הגלגלה to Gilgal: H7458 והרעב and a dearth H776 בארץ in the land; H1121 ובני and the sons H5030 הנביאים of the prophets H3427 ישׁבים sitting H6440 לפניו before H559 ויאמר him: and he said H5288 לנערו unto his servant, H8239 שׁפת Set on H5518 הסיר pot, H1419 הגדולה the great H1310 ובשׁל and seethe H5138 נזיד pottage H1121 לבני for the sons H5030 הנביאים׃ of the prophets.

  25 H1961 ויהי And there was H7458 רעב famine H1419 גדול a great H8111 בשׁמרון in Samaria: H2009 והנה and, behold, H6696 צרים they besieged H5921 עליה they besieged H5704 עד it, until H1961 היות was H7218 ראשׁ head H2543 חמור an ass's H8084 בשׁמנים for fourscore H3701 כסף of silver, H7255 ורבע and the fourth part H6894 הקב of a cab H2755 חרייונים   H2568 בחמשׁה for five H3701 כסף׃ of silver.

  4 H518 אם If H559 אמרנו we say, H935 נבוא We will enter H5892 העיר into the city, H7458 והרעב then the famine H5892 בעיר in the city, H4191 ומתנו and we shall die H8033 שׁם there: H518 ואם and if H3427 ישׁבנו we sit H6311 פה still here, H4191 ומתנו we die H6258 ועתה also. Now H1980 לכו therefore come, H5307 ונפלה and let us fall H413 אל unto H4264 מחנה the host H758 ארם of the Syrians: H518 אם if H2421 יחינו they save us alive, H2421 נחיה we shall live; H518 ואם and if H4191 ימיתנו they kill H4191 ומתנו׃ us, we shall but die.

  1 H477 ואלישׁע Elisha H1696 דבר Then spoke H413 אל unto H802 האשׁה the woman, H834 אשׁר whose H2421 החיה he had restored to life, H853 את   H1121 בנה son H559 לאמר saying, H6965 קומי Arise, H1980 ולכי and go H859 אתי thou H1004 וביתך and thine household, H1481 וגורי and sojourn H834 באשׁר wheresoever H1481 תגורי thou canst sojourn: H3588 כי for H7121 קרא hath called H3068 יהוה the LORD H7458 לרעב for a famine; H1571 וגם and it shall also H935 בא come H413 אל upon H776 הארץ the land H7651 שׁבע seven H8141 שׁנים׃ years.

  3 H8672 בתשׁעה And on the ninth H2320 לחדשׁ of the month H2388 ויחזק prevailed H7458 הרעב the famine H5892 בעיר in the city, H3808 ולא no H1961 היה and there was H3899 לחם bread H5971 לעם for the people H776 הארץ׃ of the land.
