Jeremiah 34:8-16 This is the word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, after king Zedekiah had made a covenant with all the people who were at Jerusalem, to call liberty to them;

8 H1697 This is the word H3414 that came to Jeremiah H3068 from the LORD, H310 after H4428 king H6667 Zedekiah H3772 [H8800] had made H1285 a covenant H5971 with all the people H3389 who were at Jerusalem, H7121 [H8800] to call H1865 liberty to them;

9 H376 That every man H7971 H2670 [H8763] should release H5650 his male servant, H376 and every man H8198 his female servant, H5680 being a Hebrew man H5680 or woman; H5647 [H8800] that none should retain H3064 them in service, that is, a Judean H251 his brother.

10 H8269 Now when all the princes, H5971 and all the people, H935 [H8804] who had entered H1285 into the covenant, H8085 [H8799] heard H376 that every one H7971 H2670 [H8763] should release H5650 his male servants, H376 and every one H8198 his female servants, H5647 [H8800] that none should retain H8085 [H8799] them in service any more, then they obeyed, H7971 [H8762] and let them go.

11 H310 But afterwards H7725 [H8799] they turned, H5650 and caused the male H8198 and female servants, H7971 H2670 [H8765] whom they had released H7725 [H8686] to return, H3533 H3533 [H8799] and brought them into subjection H5650 for male H8198 and female servants.

15 H3117 And ye had now H7725 [H8799] turned, H6213 [H8799] and had done H3477 right H5869 in my eyes, H7121 [H8800] in calling H1865 liberty H376 every man H7453 to his neighbour; H3772 [H8799] and ye had made H1285 a covenant H6440 at the face of H1004 me in the house H7121 [H8738] which is called H8034 by my name:

16 H7725 [H8799] But ye turned H2490 [H8762] and profaned H8034 my name, H376 and caused every man H5650 his male servant, H376 and every man H8198 his female servant, H7971 [H8765] whom he had set H2670 at liberty H5315 at their pleasure, H7725 [H8686] to return, H3533 [H8799] and brought them into subjection, H5650 to be to you for male H8198 and female servants.
