Ezekiel 12

  1 H1697 The word H3068 of the LORD H559 [H8800] also came to me, saying,
  2 H1121 Son H120 of man, H3427 [H8802] thou dwellest H8432 in the midst H4805 of a rebellious H1004 house, H5869 who have eyes H7200 [H8800] to see, H7200 [H8804] and see H241 not; they have ears H8085 [H8800] to hear, H8085 [H8804] and hear H4805 not: for they are a rebellious H1004 house.
  3 H1121 Therefore, thou son H120 of man, H6213 [H8798] prepare H3627 thee thy baggage H1473 for captivity, H1540 [H8798] and move H3119 by day H5869 in their eyes; H1540 [H8804] and thou shalt move H4725 from thy place H312 to another H4725 place H5869 in their eyes: H7200 [H8799] it may be they will see, H4805 though they are a rebellious H1004 house.
  4 H3318 [H8689] Then shalt thou bring forth H3627 thy baggage H3119 by day H5869 in their eyes, H3627 as baggage H1473 for captivity: H3318 [H8799] and thou shalt go forth H6153 at evening H5869 in their eyes, H4161 as they that go forth H1473 into captivity.
  5 H2864 [H8798] Dig H7023 thou through the wall H5869 in their eyes, H3318 [H8689] and carry them out through it.
  6 H5869 In their eyes H5375 [H8799] shalt thou bear H3802 it upon thy shoulders, H3318 [H8686] and carry it forth H5939 in the twilight: H3680 [H8762] thou shalt cover H6440 thy face, H7200 [H8799] that thou mayest not see H776 the earth: H5414 [H8804] for I have set H4159 thee for a sign H1004 to the house H3478 of Israel.
  7 H6213 [H8799] And I did H6680 [H8795] so as I was commanded: H3318 [H8689] I brought forth H3627 my baggage H3119 by day, H3627 as baggage H1473 for captivity, H6153 and in the evening H2864 [H8804] I dug H7023 through the wall H3027 with my hand; H3318 [H8689] I brought it forth H5939 in the twilight, H5375 [H8804] and I bore H3802 it upon my shoulder H5869 in their eyes.
  8 H1242 And in the morning H1697 came the word H3068 of the LORD H559 [H8800] to me, saying,
  9 H1121 Son H120 of man, H1004 hath not the house H3478 of Israel, H4805 the rebellious H1004 house, H559 [H8804] said H6213 [H8802] to thee, What doest thou?
  10 H559 [H8798] Say H559 [H8804] thou to them, Thus saith H136 the Sovereign H3069 LORD; H4853 This burden H5387 concerneth the prince H3389 in Jerusalem, H1004 and all the house H3478 of Israel H8432 that are among them.
  11 H559 [H8798] Say, H4159 I am your sign: H6213 [H8804] as I have done, H6213 [H8735] so shall it be done H1473 to them: they shall move H3212 [H8799] and go H7628 into captivity.
  12 H5387 And the prince H8432 that is among H5375 [H8799] them shall bear H3802 upon his shoulder H5939 in the twilight, H3318 [H8799] and shall go forth: H2864 [H8799] they shall dig H7023 through the wall H3318 [H8687] to carry them out H3680 [H8762] through it: he shall cover H6440 his face, H3282 that H7200 [H8799] he may not see H776 the earth H5869 with his eyes.
  13 H7568 My net H6566 [H8804] also will I spread H8610 [H8738] upon him, and he shall be taken H4686 in my snare: H935 [H8689] and I will bring H894 him to Babylon H776 to the land H3778 of the Chaldeans; H7200 [H8799] yet shall he not see H4191 [H8799] it, though he shall die there.
  14 H2219 [H8762] And I will scatter H7307 toward every wind H5439 all that are about H5828 him to help H102 him, and all his bands; H7324 [H8686] and I will draw out H2719 the sword H310 after them.
  15 H3045 [H8804] And they shall know H3068 that I am the LORD, H6327 [H8687] when I shall scatter H1471 them among the nations, H2219 [H8765] and disperse H776 them in the lands.
  16 H3498 [H8689] But I will leave H4557 a few H582 men H2719 of them from the sword, H7458 from the famine, H1698 and from the pestilence; H5608 [H8762] that they may declare H8441 all their abominations H1471 among the nations H935 [H8804] where they come; H3045 [H8804] and they shall know H3068 that I am the LORD.
  17 H1697 Moreover the word H3068 of the LORD H559 [H8800] came to me, saying,
  18 H1121 Son H120 of man, H398 [H8799] eat H3899 thy bread H7494 with quaking, H8354 [H8799] and drink H4325 thy water H7269 with trembling H1674 and anxious care;
  19 H559 [H8804] And say H5971 to the people H127 of the soil, H559 [H8804] Thus saith H136 the Sovereign H3069 LORD H3427 [H8802] of the inhabitants H3389 of Jerusalem, H776 and of the land H3478 of Israel; H398 [H8799] They shall eat H3899 their bread H1674 with anxious care, H8354 [H8799] and drink H4325 their water H8078 with horror, H776 that her land H3456 [H8799] may be desolate H4393 from all that is in it, H2555 because of the violence H3427 [H8802] of all them that dwell in it.
  20 H5892 And the cities H3427 [H8737] that are inhabited H2717 [H8799] shall be laid waste, H776 and the land H8077 shall be desolate; H3045 [H8804] and ye shall know H3068 that I am the LORD.
  21 H1697 And the word H3068 of the LORD H559 [H8800] came to me, saying,
  22 H1121 Son H120 of man, H4912 what is that proverb H127 that ye have in the soil H3478 of Israel, H559 [H8800] saying, H3117 The days H748 [H8799] are prolonged, H2377 and every vision H6 [H8804] faileth?
  23 H559 [H8798] Tell H559 [H8804] them therefore, Thus saith H136 the Sovereign H3069 LORD; H4912 I will make this proverb H7673 [H8689] to cease, H4911 [H8799] and they shall no more use it as a proverb H3478 in Israel; H1696 [H8761] but say H3117 to them, The days H7126 [H8804] are at hand, H1697 and the effect H2377 of every vision.
  24 H7723 For there shall no more be any vain H2377 vision H2509 nor flattering H4738 divination H8432 within H1004 the house H3478 of Israel.
  25 H3068 For I am the LORD: H1696 [H8762] I will speak, H1697 and the word H1696 [H8762] that I shall speak H6213 [H8735] shall come to pass; H4900 [H8735] it shall no more be prolonged: H3117 for in your days, H4805 O rebellious H1004 house, H1696 [H8762] will I say H1697 the word, H6213 [H8804] and will perform H5002 [H8803] it, saith H136 the Sovereign H3069 LORD.
  26 H1697 Again the word H3068 of the LORD H559 [H8800] came to me, saying,
  27 H1121 Son H120 of man, H1004 behold, they of the house H3478 of Israel H559 [H8802] say, H2377 The vision H2372 [H8802] that he envisioneth H7227 is for many H3117 days H5012 [H8738] to come, and he prophesieth H6256 of the times H7350 that are distant.
  28 H559 [H8798] Therefore say H559 [H8804] to them, Thus saith H136 the Sovereign H3069 LORD; H1697 There shall none of my words H4900 [H8735] be further deferred, H1697 but the word H1696 [H8762] which I have spoken H6213 [H8735] shall be done, H5002 [H8803] saith H136 the Sovereign H3069 LORD.
