Deuteronomy 29:22-28 So that the generation to come of your sons that shall arise after you, and the foreigner that shall come from a distant land, shall say, when they see the plagues of that land, and the sicknesses which the LORD hath laid upon it;

23 H776 And that its whole land H1614 is brimstone, H4417 and salt, H8316 and burning, H2232 [H8735] that it is not sown, H6779 [H8686] nor doth it bear, H6212 nor doth any grass H5927 [H8799] grow H4114 in it, like the overthrow H5467 of Sodom, H6017 and Gomorrah, H126 Admah, H6636 and Zeboim, H3068 which the LORD H2015 [H8804] overthrew H639 in his anger, H2534 and in his hot anger:

24 H1471 Even all the nations H559 [H8804] shall say, H3068 Why hath the LORD H6213 [H8804] done H776 thus to this land? H2750 what meaneth the heat H1419 of this great H639 anger?

25 H559 [H8804] Then men shall say, H5800 [H8804] Because they have forsaken H1285 the testament H3068 of the LORD H430 God H1 of their fathers, H3772 [H8804] which he made H3318 [H8687] with them when he brought them forth H776 from the land H4714 of Egypt:

27 H639 And the anger H3068 of the LORD H2734 [H8799] was kindled H776 against this land, H935 [H8687] to bring H7045 upon it all the curses H3789 [H8803] that are written H5612 in this book:

28 H3068 And the LORD H5428 [H8799] plucked H127 them out of their soil H639 in anger, H2534 and in hot anger, H1419 and in great H7110 splintering rage, H7993 [H8686] and cast H312 them into another H776 land, H3117 as it is this day.
