Daniel 3:11-30

  11 H4479 And whoever H5308 0 falleth H3809 not H5308 [H8748] down H5457 [H8748] and worshippeth, H7412 [H8729] that he shall be cast H1459 into the midst H3345 [H8751] of a burning H5135 fiery H861 furnace.

  12 H383 There are H1400 certain H3062 Judeans H3487 whom H4483 [H8745] thou hast set H5922 over H5673 the affairs H4083 of the province H895 of Babylon, H7715 Shadrach, H4336 Meshach, H5665 and Abednego; H479 these H1400 men, H4430 O king, H7761 [H8754] have H3809 not H2942 regarded H5922 thee: H6399 [H8750] they serve H3809 not H426 thy gods, H3809 nor H5457 [H8750] worship H1722 the golden H6755 image H6966 [H8684] which thou hast set up.

  13 H116 Then H5020 Nebuchadnezzar H7266 in his rage H2528 and fury H560 [H8754] commanded H858 [H8682] to bring H7715 Shadrach, H4336 Meshach, H5665 and Abednego. H116 Then H858 [H8717] they brought H479 these H1400 men H6925 before H4430 the king.

  14 H5020 Nebuchadnezzar H6032 [H8750] spoke H560 [H8750] and said H6656 to them, Is it true, H7715 O Shadrach, H4336 Meshach, H5665 and Abednego, H383 do ye H3809 not H6399 [H8750] serve H426 my gods, H3809 nor H5457 [H8750] worship H1722 the golden H6755 image H6966 [H8684] which I have set up?

  15 H3705 Now H2006 if H383 ye be H6263 ready H5732 that at what time H8086 [H8748] ye hear H7032 the sound H7162 of the cornet, H4953 flute, H7030 H7030 [H8675] harp, H5443 sackbut, H6460 psaltery, H5481 and dulcimer, H3606 and all H2178 kinds H2170 of music, H5308 [H8748] ye fall down H5457 [H8748] and worship H6755 the image H5648 [H8754] which I have made; H2006 well: but if H5457 [H8748] ye worship H3809 not, H7412 [H8729] ye shall be cast H8160 the same hour H1459 into the midst H3345 [H8751] of a burning H5135 fiery H861 furnace; H4479 and who H426 is that God H7804 [H8755] that shall deliver H4481 you out of H3028 my hands?

  16 H7715 Shadrach, H4336 Meshach, H5665 and Abednego, H6032 [H8754] answered H560 [H8750] and said H4430 to the king, H5020 O Nebuchadnezzar, H586 we H3809 are not H2818 [H8750] careful H8421 [H8682] to answer H5922 thee in H1836 this H6600 matter.

  17 H2006 If H426 it is so, our God H586 whom we H6399 [H8750] serve H383 is H3202 [H8750] able H7804 [H8756] to deliver H4481 us from H3345 [H8751] the burning H5135 fiery H861 furnace, H4481 0 and H7804 [H8755] he will deliver H4481 us out of H3028 thy hand, H4430 O king.

  18 H2006 But if H3809 not, H1934 [H8748] be it H3046 [H8752] known H4430 to thee, O king, H383 that we will H3809 not H6399 [H8750] serve H426 thy gods, H3809 nor H5457 [H8748] worship H1722 the golden H6755 image H6966 [H8684] which thou hast set up.

  19 H116 Then H5020 was Nebuchadnezzar H4391 [H8728] full H2528 of fury, H6755 and the form H600 of his visage H8133 [H8724] was changed H5922 against H7715 Shadrach, H4336 Meshach, H5665 and Abednego: H6032 [H8750] therefore he spoke, H560 [H8750] and commanded H228 [H8749] that they should heat H861 the furnace H2298 seven H7655 times H5922 more H1768 than H228 [H8749] it was heated H2370 [H8752] before.

  20 H560 [H8754] And he commanded H2429 the most H1401 mighty H1400 men H2429 that were in his army H3729 [H8742] to bind H7715 Shadrach, H4336 Meshach, H5665 and Abednego, H7412 [H8749] and to cast H3345 [H8751] them into the burning H5135 fiery H861 furnace.

  21 H116 Then H479 these H1400 men H3729 [H8760] were bound H5622 in their coats, H6361 H6361 [H8675] their trousers, H3737 and their turbans, H3831 and their other garments, H7412 [H8752] and were cast H1459 into the midst H3345 [H8751] of the burning H5135 fiery H861 furnace.

  22 H3606 H6903 Therefore H4481 H1836 because H4430 the king's H4406 commandment H2685 [H8683] was urgent, H861 and the furnace H3493 exceeding H228 [H8752] hot, H7631 the flame H5135 of the fire H6992 [H8745] killed H479 those H1400 H1994 men H5267 [H8684] that took up H7715 Shadrach, H4336 Meshach, H5665 and Abednego.

  23 H479 And these H8532 three H1400 men, H7715 Shadrach, H4336 Meshach, H5665 and Abednego, H5308 [H8754] fell down H3729 [H8743] bound H1459 into the midst H3345 [H8751] of the burning H5135 fiery H861 furnace.

  24 H116 Then H5020 Nebuchadnezzar H4430 the king H8429 [H8754] was astonished, H6966 [H8754] and rose up H927 [H8726] in haste, H6032 [H8750] and spoke, H560 [H8750] and said H1907 to his counsellors, H3809 Did we not H7412 [H8754] cast H8532 three H1400 men H3729 [H8743] bound H1459 into the midst H5135 of the fire? H6032 [H8750] They answered H560 [H8750] and said H4430 to the king, H3330 True, H4430 O king.

  25 H6032 [H8750] He answered H560 [H8750] and said, H1888 Lo, H576 I H2370 [H8751] see H703 four H1400 men H8271 [H8750] loose, H1981 [H8683] walking H1459 in the midst H5135 of the fire, H383 and they have H3809 no H2257 hurt; H7299 and the form H7244 of the fourth H1821 [H8751] is like H1247 the Son H426 of God.

  26 H116 Then H5020 Nebuchadnezzar H7127 [H8754] came near H8651 to the mouth H3345 [H8751] of the burning H5135 fiery H861 furnace, H6032 [H8750] and spoke, H560 [H8750] and said, H7715 Shadrach, H4336 Meshach, H5665 and Abednego, H5649 ye servants H5943 of the most high H426 God, H5312 [H8747] come forth, H858 [H8747] and come H116 here. Then H7715 Shadrach, H4336 Meshach, H5665 and Abednego, H5312 [H8750] came forth H4481 from H1459 the midst H5135 of the fire.

  27 H324 And the princes, H5460 governors, H6347 and captains, H4430 and the king's H1907 counsellors, H3673 [H8723] being gathered together, H2370 [H8751] saw H479 these H1400 men, H1655 upon whose bodies H5135 the fire H3809 had no H7981 [H8754] power, H3809 nor H8177 was an hair H7217 of their head H2761 [H8724] singed, H3809 neither H5622 were their coats H8133 [H8754] changed, H3809 nor H7382 had the odour H5135 of fire H5709 [H8754] passed upon them.

  28 H5020 Then Nebuchadnezzar H6032 [H8750] spoke, H560 [H8750] and said, H1289 [H8752] Blessed H426 be the God H7715 of Shadrach, H4336 Meshach, H5665 and Abednego, H7972 [H8754] who hath sent H4398 his messenger, H7804 [H8758] and delivered H5649 his servants H7365 [H8702] that trusted H5922 in him, H8133 [H8745] and have changed H4430 the king's H4406 word, H3052 [H8754] and yielded H1655 their bodies, H3809 that they might not H6399 [H8748] serve H3809 nor H5457 [H8748] worship H3606 any H426 god, H3861 except H426 their own God.

  29 H4481 Therefore I H7761 [H8752] make H2942 a decree, H3606 That every H5972 people, H524 nation, H3961 and language, H560 [H8748] which speak H7960 H7955 [H8675] any thing amiss H5922 against H426 the God H7715 of Shadrach, H4336 Meshach, H5665 and Abednego, H5648 [H8725] shall be cut H1917 in pieces, H1005 and their houses H7739 [H8721] shall be made H5122 a refuse heap: H6903 H3606 because H383 there is H3809 no H321 other H426 God H3202 [H8748] that can H5338 [H8682] extricate H1836 after this sort.

  30 H116 Then H4430 the king H6744 [H8684] promoted H7715 Shadrach, H4336 Meshach, H5665 and Abednego, H4083 in the province H895 of Babylon.
