1 Kings 18:26-29 And they took the bull which was given them, and they prepared it, and called on the name of Baal from morning even until noon, saying, O Baal, hear us. But there was no voice, nor any that answered. And they leaped upon the altar which was made.

27 H6672 And it came to pass at noon, H452 that Elijah H2048 [H8762] mocked H559 [H8799] them, and said, H7121 [H8798] Call H1419 H6963 aloud: H430 for he is a god; H7879 either he is talking, H7873 or he is pursuing, H1870 or he is on a journey, H194 or perhaps H3463 he sleepeth, H3364 [H8799] and must be awakened.

28 H7121 [H8799] And they called H6963 H1419 aloud, H1413 [H8704] and cut H4941 themselves after their manner H2719 with knives H7420 and lancets, H1818 till the blood H8210 [H8800] gushed out upon them.

29 H6672 And it came to pass, when midday H5674 [H8800] was past, H5012 [H8691] and they prophesied H5927 [H8800] until the time of the offering H4503 of the evening sacrifice, H6963 that there was neither voice, H6030 [H8802] nor any to answer, H7182 nor any that regarded.
