⁸ For by grace ye are saved, through faith: and this not of yourselves; it is the gift of God: not by works, that no one may boast:

¹⁷ And Jesus replied and said unto him, Blessed art thou Simon son of Jonas, for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father who is in heaven.

¹⁶ he that believeth and is baptized, shall be saved; but he that believeth not, shall be condemned.

⁵⁰ But He said to the woman, Thy faith hath saved thee, go in peace.

¹² But as many as received Him, to them granted He the privilege to become the children of God, even to them that believe on his name; ¹³ who were born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

¹⁴ And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of man be lifted up: ¹⁵ that whosoever believeth on Him may not perish, but have eternal life. ¹⁶ For God so loved the world, that He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on Him might not perish, but have everlasting life: ¹⁷ for God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved by Him. ¹⁸ He that believeth on Him is not condemned: but he that believeth not, is already condemned; because he hath not believed on the name of the only-begotten Son of God.

³⁶ wherefore he that believeth on the Son, hath eternal life; and he that obeyeth not the Son, shall not see life, but the wrath of God abideth on him.

¹⁰ Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith unto thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldst have asked of Him, and He would have given thee living water.

²⁴ Verily, verily I say unto you, he, that heareth my word, and believeth in Him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come under condemnation; but is passed from death to life.

²⁷ Labour not so much for the meat that perisheth, but rather for that food which endureth unto life eternal, which the Son of man will give you: for Him hath God the Father sealed. ²⁸ Therefore said they unto Him, What should we do, that we may work the works approved of God? ²⁹ Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on Him, whom He hath sent.

³⁵ Then Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger, and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

³⁷ All that the Father giveth me, will come unto me; and him that cometh to me I will not cast out.

⁴⁰ And this is the will of Him that sent me, that every one who looketh attentively at the Son, and so believeth on Him, may have eternal life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

⁴⁴ No one can come to me, unless the Father, who hath sent me, draw him, and I will raise him up at the last day.

⁶⁵ and He said,) therefore I told you, that no one can come unto me except it be given him from my Father.

³⁹ and by Him every one that believeth is justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses.

²⁷ And when they were come, and had gathered the church together, they related what God had done by them, and how he had opened the door of faith to the Gentiles.

⁷ And after much debate, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Brethren, ye know that a good while ago, God, who was among us, chose that the Gentiles should hear by my mouth the word of the gospel, and believe. ⁸ And God who knoweth the heart, bare witness to them, giving them the holy Spirit, as He had done also to us: ⁹ and made no difference between us and them, having purified their hearts by faith.

¹⁴ And a certain woman named Lydia, a purple-seller of the city of Thyatira, who worshipped God, heard us: whose heart the Lord opened to attend to the things that were spoken by Paul.

³¹ And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thine house.

²² and this righteousness of God is by faith in Jesus Christ unto all and upon all believers; for there is no difference; ²³ for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God; ²⁴ being justified freely by his grace, because of the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: ²⁵ whom God hath appointed to be a propitiation, through faith in his blood, for a demonstration of his righteousness, in the remission of past sins, according to the forbearance of God; ²⁶ for a demonstration, I say, of his righteousness at this time: that He might be just, and the justifier of him, that believeth in Jesus.

⁵ but to him that worketh not, but believeth on Him who justifieth the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness.

¹⁶ And therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace, that so the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but also to that which is of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all,

⁹ and believe in thine heart, that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. ¹⁰ For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

¹⁴ But how shall they call upon him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe on him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?

¹⁷ So that faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

¹⁴ that the blessing of Abraham might come on the gentiles by Christ Jesus; that we through faith might receive the promise of the Spirit.

²² But the scripture hath shut up all under sin, that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.

¹⁹ and what the exceeding greatness of his power towards us who believe, according to the energy of his mighty strength;

⁵ hath made us alive in Christ, even when we were dead in trespasses, (for by grace ye are saved) and hath raised us up together,

¹⁰ created in Christ Jesus unto good works, for which God before prepared us, that we might walk in them.

²⁹ For to you it is granted as a favor from Christ, not only to believe on Him, but also to suffer for his sake:

¹² being buried with Him in baptism, wherein also ye are raised together with Him, through faith in the power of God, who raised Him from the dead.

⁹ who shall be punished with everlasting destruction, by the presence of the Lord and by his glorious power:

¹⁶ Be not therefore deceived, my beloved brethren: for every good gift, ¹⁷ and every perfect gift, but no evil one, is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation, nor shadow of turning: ¹⁸ who hath of his own will begotten us by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of first-fruits of his creatures.

⁵ who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

¹⁰ He, that believeth on the Son of God, hath the witness in himself: he, that believeth not God, hath in effect made Him a liar, because he believed not the testimony which God hath testified of his Son. ¹¹ And the testimony is this, that God hath given to us eternal life; and this life is in his Son. ¹² He that hath the Son hath life: he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
