⁴⁰ For, as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so shall the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.

²⁰ And Jesus saith to him, "The foxes have dens; and the birds of the heaven have lodging-places; but the Son of Man hath not where to lay His head."

²¹ From that time began Jesus to show to His disciples, that He must go to Jerusalem, and suffer many things from the elders and high-priests and scribes, and be killed, and on the third day be raised up.
