⁴⁵ When, therefore, He came into Galilee, the Galilaeans received Him, having seen all that He did in Jerusalem at the feast; for they also went to the feast.

²³ And Jesus was going about in all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness among the people. ²⁴ And the report of Him went forth into all Syria; and they brought to Him all having ailments, afflicted with manifold diseases and torments, demoniacs, and lunatics, and paralytics; and He healed them.

⁴² And, when He became twelve years old, they, going up according to the custom of the feast, ⁴³ and having completed the days, as they were returning, the Boy Jesus remained behind in Jerusalem, and His parents knew it not; ⁴⁴ but, supposing Him to be in the company, they went a day's journey; and they were seeking Him among their kindred and acquaintances;

⁴⁰ And, as Jesus returned, the multitude welcomed Him; for they were all expecting Him.

⁵³ And they did not receive Him, because His face was as if He were going to Jerusalem.

¹³ And the passover of the Jews was near; and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. ¹⁴ And He found in the temple those selling oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting. ¹⁵ And, having made a scourge of cords, He drove all out of the temple, both the sheep and the oxen; and He poured out the changers' money, and overthrew the tables; ¹⁶ and to those selling doves, He said, "Take these things hence! make not My Father's house a house of merchandise!"

²³ And, when He was in Jerusalem at the passover, during the feast, many believed on His name, beholding His signs which He was doing.

² This man came to Jesus by night, and said to Him, "Rabbi, we know that Thou hast come, as a Teacher, from God; for no one can do the signs which Thou art doing, unless God be with Him."
