⁴¹ mannes sunu sent his englas & hi gadriað of his rice ealle gedrefednesse & þa þe unrihtwisnesse wyrceað

⁴³ þonne scinað ða rihtwisan swa swa sunne on hyra fæder rice;

⁴⁹ Swa byþ on þisse worulde endunge þa englas farað & asyndriað þa yfelan of þæra godra midlene. ⁵⁰ & aworpað hig on þæs fyres öfen. þær byð wöp & toða grist-bitung.

⁴³ And gif þin hand þe swicað ceorf hi of; Betere þe is þt þü wanhal to life ga. þonne þu twa handa hæbbe & fare on helle. & on unacwencedlic fÿr ⁴⁴ þar hyra wyrm ne swylt & fyr ne bið acwenced; ⁴⁵ And gif ðin fot swicað þe ceorf hine of. betere þe is þt þu healt gä. on ëcë lif þonne þu hæbbe twegen fet & si aworpen on helle un-acwencedlices fyres. ⁴⁶ þar hyra wyrm ne swylt ne fyr ne bið adwæsced; ⁴⁷ Gif þin eage þe swicað weorp hit üt. betere þe is mid anum eagan gän on godes rïce þonne twa eagan hæbbende sy aworpen on helle fyr. ⁴⁸ þar hyra wyrm ne swylt. ne fyr ne bið acwenced;

² He deð ælc twig aweg on me þe blæda ne byrð; & he feormað ælc þara þe blæda byrþ þt hyt bere blæda ðe swiðor.
