¹⁸ for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

⁶ Be careful for nothing, but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God:

²⁰ Giving thanks always for all things to God even the Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,

¹⁷ And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks unto God and the Father through him.

³ For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye abstain from fornication;

¹⁵ By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise continually to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to his name.

¹⁵ For so is the will of God, that by well-doing ye put to silence the ignorance of foolish men: As free,

² (for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin) That ye may no longer live the rest of your time in the flesh, to the desire of men, but to the will of God.

¹⁷ And the world passeth away, and the desire thereof; but he that doth the will of God abideth for ever.
