⁷ Thou shalt not abhor an Edomite, for he is thy brother: thou shalt not abhor an Egyptian, because thou wast a stranger in his land.

²⁴ And when her days to be delivered were fulfilled, behold, there were twins in her womb. ²⁵ And the first was born red, all over like a hairy garment: and they called his name Esau. ²⁶ And after that his brother was born, and his hand took hold on Esau's heel; and his name was called Jacob: and Isaac was sixty years old when she bore them.
