⁴⁹ And stretching out His hand toward His disciples He said: “Here are my mother and my brothers! ⁵⁰ For whoever does the will of my Father in the heavens, he is my brother and sister and mother.”

⁴⁰ And in answer the King will say to them, ‘Assuredly I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’ ⁴¹ “Then He will also say to those on His left: ‘Go away from me, you accursed ones, into the eternal fire that was prepared for the devil and his angels. ⁴² For I was hungry and you did not give me food; I was thirsty and you did not give me drink; ⁴³ I was a stranger and you did not take me in; I was naked and you did not clothe me; I was sick and in prison and you did not visit me.’ ⁴⁴ Then they also will answer saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison and did not minister to you?’ ⁴⁵ Then He will answer them saying, ‘Assuredly I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, neither did you do it to me’.

¹⁰ Then Jesus says to them: “Do not be afraid! Go report to my brothers that they must go to Galilee, and there they will see me.”

²⁷ And then, as He was saying these things, a woman in the crowd raised her voice and said to Him, “Blessed is the womb that bore you, and the breasts that you sucked!” ²⁸ But He said, “More than that, blessed are those who hear the word of God and obey it!”

¹⁷ Jesus says to her: “Stop clinging to me, for I have not yet ascended to my Father; but go to my brothers and say to them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father—my God and your God.’”
