¹⁶ For he didn't think to extend gracious love; he harassed to death the poor, the needy, and the broken hearted.

³ He was despised, and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and as one from whom men hide their face he was despised, and we esteemed him not

²⁰ Jesus replied, “Foxes have dens, and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay His head.”

⁴⁴ And being in agony, he prayed more earnestly, and his sweat became like drops of blood falling to the ground.
