³⁶ While they were all talking about this, Jesus himself stood among them and said to them, "Peace be with you."

¹⁸ I have seen his ways, and will heal him. I will also lead him, and restore comforts to him and to his mourners.

¹³ If the home is worthy, let your peace rest on it; if it is not, let your peace return to you.

¹⁴ Later he appeared to the eleven as they sat at the table; and he rebuked them for their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen him after he had risen.

¹⁹ On the evening of that day, the first day of the week, the doors being shut where the disciples were, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood among them and said to them, "Peace be with you." ²⁰ And when he had said this, he showed them his hands and his side. The disciples were overjoyed when they saw the Lord. ²¹ Again Jesus said to them, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent Me, so also I am sending you.” ²² After saying this, he breathed on them, and said: "Receive the Holy Spirit; ²³ If you forgive anyone his sins, they are forgiven; if you withhold forgiveness from anyone, it is withheld.”

²⁶ Just a week later the disciples were in the room again and Thomas was with them. Although the doors were bolted, Jesus came in and stood among them, and said, "Peace be with you!"

⁵ and that He appeared to Peter, and then to the Twelve.

¹⁶ Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you.
