Leviticus 16:29

Leviticus 23:27-44

From evening until evening you shall celebrate your sabbaths. 33 the LORD spoke to Moses: 34 Say to the children of Israel, On the fifteenth day of this seventh month let the feast of tents be kept to the Lord for seven days. 35 On the first day shall be a holy assembly: you shall do no regular work. 36 For seven days you must present an offering made by fire to the LORD. On the eighth day it shall be a holy assembly for you, and you shall present an offering made by fire to the LORD; it is a celebration; you must not do any regular work. 37 These are the appointed feasts of the LORD, which you shall proclaim to be holy assemblies, to offer an offering made by fire to the LORD, a burnt offering, and a grain offering, a sacrifice, and drink offerings, each on its own day; 38 "'This is in addition to the LORD's days of worship, your gifts, all your vows, and your freewill offerings to the LORD. 39 Surely, on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when ye have gathered in the yield of the land, shall ye celebrate the festival of the LORD seven days,—on the first day, a sacred rest, and, on the eighth day, a sacred rest. 40 "'Take the best fruits, palm branches, the branches of leafy trees and poplars on the first day, and celebrate in the presence of the LORD your God for seven days. 41 "‘It is the LORD’s festival. Celebrate it for seven days each year. This is a long lasting law for generations to come. Celebrate this festival in the seventh month. 42 "'Live in booths for seven days. Everyone born in Israel must live in booths. 43 so that your generations shall know that I made the Israelites live in booths when I brought them from the land of Egypt; I am the LORD your God.'" 44 So Moses declared to the children of Israel the appointed feasts of the LORD.

Numbers 29:1-40

1 " 'On the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you will have a holy convocation; you will not do any regular work. It will be a day for you of blowing trumpets. 2 You shall offer a burnt offering for a pleasant aroma to Yahweh: one young bull, one ram, seven male lambs a year old without defect; 3 And for their sacrifices, three tenths of flour tempered with oil to every calf, two tenths to a ram, 4 and one-tenth for each of the seven male lambs; 5 and one male goat for a sin offering, to make atonement for you; 6 "‘Offer these in addition to the monthly burnt offering with its grain offering, and the daily burnt offerings with their proper grain offerings and wine offerings. It is a soothing aroma, an offering by fire to the LORD. 7 `And on the tenth of this seventh month a holy convocation ye have, and ye have humbled your souls; ye do no work; 8 but you shall offer a burnt offering to the LORD for a pleasant aroma: one young bull, one ram, seven male lambs a year old, all without defect; 9 And for their sacrifices, three tenths of flour tempered with oil to every calf, two tenths to a ram, 10 and eight cups for each of the seven lambs. 11 one male goat for a sin offering, in addition to the sin offering of atonement, and the continual burnt offering, and its meal offering, and their drink offerings. 12 And on the fifteenth day of the seventh month let there be a holy meeting; do no field-work, and keep a feast to the Lord for seven days; 13 You shall offer a burnt offering, an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to the LORD: thirteen young bulls, two rams, fourteen male lambs a year old, all without defect; 14 And their grain offering will be of finely milled flour mixed with oil: three-tenths for the bull, two-tenths for the one ram, 15 and one tenth part to each of the fourteen lambs; 16 And one he-goat for a sin-offering; in addition to the regular burned offering, and its meal offering, and its drink offering. 17 “'On the second day you shall offer twelve young bulls, two rams, and fourteen male lambs a year old without defect; 18 and their offering and their libations for the bullocks, for the rams and for the lambs, be according to their number, after the judgment: 19 and one male goat for a sin offering, in addition to the continual burnt offering, with its meal offering and their drink offerings. 20 “'On the third day: eleven bulls, two rams, fourteen male lambs a year old without defect; 21 and their offering and their libations for the bullocks, for the rams and for the lambs, be according to their number, after the judgment: 22 And one he-goat for a sin-offering; in addition to the regular burned offering, and its meal offering, and its drink offering. 23 “'On the fourth day ten bulls, two rams, fourteen male lambs a year old without defect; 24 and their meat and drink offerings unto the bullocks, rams and lambs, according to their number and after the manner. 25 And one he-goat for a sin-offering; in addition to the regular burned offering, and its meal offering, and its drink offering. 26 “'On the fifth day: nine bulls, two rams, fourteen male lambs a year old without defect; 27 and their offering and their libations for the bullocks, for the rams and for the lambs, be according to their number after the judgment: 28 And one he-goat for a sin-offering; in addition to the regular burned offering, and its meal offering, and its drink offering. 29 “'On the sixth day: eight bulls, two rams, fourteen male lambs a year old without defect; 30 "'Along with them bring the proper amount of grain offerings and wine offerings for each of the bulls, rams, and lambs. 31 And one he-goat for a sin-offering; in addition to the regular burned offering, its meal offering, and its drink offerings. 32 “'On the seventh day: seven bulls, two rams, fourteen male lambs a year old without defect; 33 "'Along with them bring the proper amount of grain offerings and wine offerings for each of the bulls, rams, and lambs. 34 And one he-goat for a sin-offering; in addition to the regular burned offering, its meal offering, and its drink offering. 35 " 'On the eighth day you will have an assembly; you will not do any regular work. 36 but you shall offer a burnt offering, an offering made by fire, a pleasant aroma to Yahweh: one bull, one ram, seven male lambs a year old without defect; 37 »‘Along with them bring the proper amount of grain offerings and wine offerings for the bull, the ram, and the lambs. 38 and one male goat for a sin offering, in addition to the continual burnt offering, with its meal offering, and its drink offering. 39 These things ye shall do unto the LORD in your feasts: beside your vows and freewill offerings, in your burnt offerings, meat offerings, drink offerings and peace offerings."' 40 Moses told the Israelites everything the LORD had commanded him.

Judges 20:1

1 All the Israelites went out, from Dan to Beersheba, including the land of Gilead, and they gathered as one body to the LORD at Mizpah.

Nehemiah 7:73-8:2

73 So the priests, the Levites, the gatekeepers, the singers, some of the people, the temple servants, and all Israel settled in their cities. When the seventh month came, the Israelites were in their cities.
