Deuteronomy 34:1 Cross References - VIN

¹ Moses went up from the plains of Moab to Mount Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, opposite from Jericho. the LORD showed him all the land of Gilead to Dan,

¹⁴ When Abram heard that his relative was taken captive, he led out his trained men, born in his house, three hundred and eighteen, and pursued as far as Dan.

²⁰ and from Bamoth in the valley in the field of Moab, to the top of Pisgah at the face of the desolation.

¹² the LORD said to Moses, "Go up to this mountain of Abarim, and see the land that I have given to the Israelites.

³³ Moses therefore gave to the children of Gad and of Ruben, and to the half tribe of Manasses the son of Joseph, the kingdom of Sehon king of the Amorrhites, and the kingdom of Og king of Basan, and their land and the cities thereof round about. ³⁴ The sons of Gad rebuilt Dibon, Ataroth, Aroer, ³⁵ Atroth Shophan, Jazer, Jogbehah, ³⁶ Beth Nimrah, and Beth Haran: fortified cities and folds for sheep. ³⁷ And the Reubenites rebuilt Esebon, and Eleale, and Kariatham, ³⁸ Nebo, and Baal Meon, (their names being changed), and Sibmah. They gave other names to the cities which they built. ³⁹ The descendants of Machir son of Manasseh went to Gilead. They captured it and forced out the Amorites who were there. ⁴⁰ So Moses gave Gilead to the people of Machir the descendants of Manasseh, and they lived there.

⁴⁷ They traveled from Almon Diblathaim, and camped in the mountains of Abarim, before Nebo.

²⁷ Go up to the top of Pisgah and lift your eyes toward the west, north, south, and east. Look with your own eyes, since you won't be able to cross this Jordan River.

⁴⁹ "Go up to this mountain of the Abarim range, Mount Nebo, which is opposite Jericho, and see the land of Canaan that I am giving to the Israelites as a possession.

⁵² "You will see the land at a distance, but you will not go into the land I am giving the sons of Israel."

⁴ Then the LORD said to him: "This is the land that I promised to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob by an oath when I said, 'I'll give it to your descendants.' I'll let you see it with your eyes, but you won't cross over there."

⁴⁷ The boundary of the children of Dan went too little for them: therefore the children of Dan went up to fight against Leshem, put it to the sword and occupied it. They lived there and called Leshem, Dan, after the name of Dan their father.

²⁹ They called the city Dan, after the name of Dan their father, who was born to Israel, but the name of the city before was Laish.

² and in a vision of God brought me to the land of Israel and set me on a very high mountain, on which there was a building before me resembling a city.
