⁷ Therefore, you don't lack any spiritual gift as you eagerly wait for our Lord Jesus the Messiah to be revealed. ⁸ He will sustain you to the end, so that you will be blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.

²³ But each in his own turn: Christ the firstfruits; then at His coming, those who belong to Him.

²⁷ and to present her to Himself as a glorious church, without stain or wrinkle or any such blemish, but holy and blameless.

¹⁰ so that you may approve what is excellent, and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ;

²² But now He has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy, unblemished, and blameless in His presence—

¹⁹ For what is our hope, our joy, our crown of rejoicing in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at his coming? Is it not even you?

¹¹ Now may our God and Father himself and our Lord Jesus make a way for us to come to you;

¹⁵ For this we say to you by a word of the Lord, that we who are still alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will absolutely not precede those who have fallen asleep;

²³ Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

¹⁰ on the day He comes to be glorified in His saints and regarded with wonder by all who have believed, including you who have believed our testimony.

¹ Now, regarding the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and our being gathered to him, we ask you, brethren,

¹⁶ May our Lord Jesus, the Messiah himself, and may God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal comfort and good hope, ¹⁷ encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good word and work.

¹⁰ And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen and establish you.

²⁰ whenever our hearts condemn us; for God is greater than our hearts, and he knows everything. ²¹ Dear friends, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence before God,

¹⁴ Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these, saying: "Behold, the LORD came with many thousands of his holy ones.

²⁴ Now to Him who is able to keep them from stumbling and to present them before His glorious presence without fault and with exultation—
