Leviticus 17:3-6

3 "Any Israelite who slaughters a bull, sheep, or goat inside or outside the camp 4 and doth not bring it to the entrance of the tent of meeting to present it as an offering to the LORD, before the tabernacle of the LORD, blood shall be reckoned unto that man: he hath shed blood; and that man shall be cut off from among his people, 5 "This means that the people of Israel must take the sacrifices they have been making in the open fields and bring them to the LORD. They must bring them to the priest at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting. The people will sacrifice them as peace offerings to the LORD. 6 The priest shall sprinkle the blood on the altar of the LORD at the door of the Tent of Meeting, and burn the fat for a pleasant aroma to the LORD.

Leviticus 26:30

30 I will destroy your high places, and cut down your incense altars, and cast your dead bodies upon the bodies of your idols; and my soul will abhor you.

Deuteronomy 12:2-5

2 "Destroy all the places where the nations you dispossess serve their gods, on the high mountains and on the hills and under every green tree. 3 »Tear down their altars and smash their sacred pillars. Acts 7:47-49

47 But it was Solomon who built the house for Him. 48 However, the Most High does not live in houses made by human hands. As the prophet says: 49 ‘Heaven is My throne and the earth is My footstool. What kind of house will you build for Me, says the Lord, or where will My place of repose be?
