¹³ By his spirit he has garnished the heavens; his hand has formed the crooked serpent.

² And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

⁶ By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth. ⁷ He gathers the waters of the sea together as an heap: he lays up the depth in storehouses.

¹³ You did divide the sea by your strength: you brake the heads of the dragons in the waters. ¹⁴ You brake the heads of leviathan (p. sea serpent) in pieces, and gave him to be food to the people inhabiting the wilderness.

³⁰ You send forth your spirit, they are created: and you renew the face of the earth.

¹ In that day the LORD with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan (p. sea serpent) the piercing serpent, even leviathan (p. sea serpent) that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea.
