¹ We then, as workers together with him, plead to you also that all of you receive not the grace of God in vain.

⁸ How do all of you say, We are wise, and the law of the LORD is with us? Lo, certainly in vain made he it; the pen of the scribes is in vain.

³⁷ O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you that kill the prophets, and stone them which are sent unto you, how often would I have gathered your children together, even as a hen gathers her chickens under her wings, and all of you would not!

³ Long time therefore abode they speaking boldly in the Lord, which gave testimony unto the word (o. logos) of his grace, and granted signs and wonders to be done by their hands.

¹ I plead to you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that all of you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

⁹ For we are labourers together with God: all of you are God's farming, all of you are God's building.

¹⁸ And all things are of God, who has reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and has given to us the ministry of reconciliation; ¹⁹ To know, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and has committed unto us the word (o. logos) of reconciliation. ²⁰ Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did plead to you by us: we pray you in Christ's position, be all of you reconciled to God.

¹ Moreover, brethren, we do you to know of the grace of God bestowed on the churches of Macedonia; ² How that in a great trial of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded unto the riches of their liberality.

¹ Now I Paul myself plead to you by the meekness and gentleness of Christ, who in presence am base among you, but being absent am bold toward you:

²¹ I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.

⁴ Have all of you suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in vain.

¹¹ I am afraid of you, lest I have bestowed upon you labour in vain. ¹² Brethren, I plead to you, be as I am; for I am as all of you are: all of you have not injured me at all.

¹¹ For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men,

¹⁵ Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;

²⁵ See that all of you refuse not him that speaks. For if they escaped not who refused him that spoke on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaks from heaven:

¹⁰ As every man has received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
