³¹ Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice: and let men say among the nations, The LORD reigns.

¹ The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows his handiwork.

⁵ And the heavens shall praise your wonders, O LORD: your faithfulness also in the congregation of the saints.

¹ The LORD reigns, he is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith he has girded himself: the world also is established, that it cannot be moved. ² Your throne is established of old: you are from everlasting.
