Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has but a short time." ¹³ Then when the dragon saw that he was cast to the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man Child. ¹⁴ But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent. ¹⁵ And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away by the flood. ¹⁶ But the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth. ¹⁷ And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

³¹ However, in the business of the ambassadors of the princes of Babylon, who sent to him to inquire of the wonder that was done in the land, God left him, to try him, that he might know all that was in his heart.

¹¹ For the LORD God is a sun and shield: The LORD will give grace and glory: He will not withhold any good thing from those that walk uprightly.

² Who covers Yourself with light as with a garment: Who stretches out the heavens like a curtain:

¹⁰ Who is she that looks forth as the morning, fair as the moon, clear as the sun, and formidable as an army with banners?

¹⁴ But Zion said, "The LORD has forsaken me, and my Lord has forgotten me." ¹⁵ "Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yes, they may forget, yet I will not forget you. ¹⁶ Behold, I have graven you on the palms of My hands; your walls are continually before Me. ¹⁷ Your children shall make haste; your destroyers and those who made you waste shall go forth from you. ¹⁸ Lift up your eyes all around, and behold: All these gather themselves together, and come to you. As I live", said the LORD, "you shall surely clothe yourselves with them all, as with an ornament, and bind them on you, as a bride does. ¹⁹ For your waste and your desolate places, and the land of your destruction, shall even now be too narrow by reason of the inhabitants, and those who swallowed you up shall be far away. ²⁰ The children which you shall have, after you have lost the other, shall say again in your ears, 'The place is too strait for me: Give a place to me that I may dwell.' ²¹ Then you shall say in your heart, 'Who has begotten these to me, seeing I have lost my children, and am desolate, a captive, and wandering to and fro? And who has brought these up? Behold, I was left alone; these, where had they been?' " ²² Thus says the Lord GOD, "Behold, I will lift up My hand to the Gentiles, and set up My standard to the people: And they shall bring your sons in their arms, and your daughters shall be carried on their shoulders. ²³ And kings shall be your nursing fathers, and their queens your nursing mothers: They shall bow down to you with their face toward the earth, and lick up the dust of your feet; and you shall know that I am the LORD: For they shall not be ashamed who wait for Me."

⁵ For your Maker is your husband; the LORD of hosts is His name; and your Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; He shall be called the God of the whole earth. ⁶ For the LORD has called you like a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit, and a wife of youth, when you were refused", said your God. ⁷ "For a small moment have I forsaken you; but with great mercies I will gather you.

¹ Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen on you. ² For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: But the LORD shall arise upon you, and His glory shall be seen on you. ³ And the Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising. ⁴ Lift up your eyes all around, and see: They all gather themselves together, they come to you: Your sons shall come from afar, and your daughters shall be nursed at your side.

¹⁹ The sun shall no longer be your light by day; neither shall the moon give light to you for brightness: But the LORD shall be to you an everlasting light, and your God your glory. ²⁰ Your sun shall no more go down; neither shall your moon withdraw itself: For the LORD shall be your everlasting light, and the days of your mourning shall be ended.

¹⁰ I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for He has clothed me with the garments of salvation, He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.

³ You shall also be a crown of glory in the hand of the LORD, and a royal diadem in the hand of your God.

¹⁹ And I will betroth you to Me forever; yes, I will betroth you to Me in righteousness, and in judgment, and in lovingkindness, and in mercies. ²⁰ I will even betroth you to Me in faithfulness: And you shall know the LORD.

¹⁶ And the LORD their God shall save them in that day as the flock of His people: For they shall be as the stones of a crown, lifted up as an ensign upon His land.

² But to you that fear My name, the Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings; and you all shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.

³⁸ Then certain ones of the scribes and Pharisees answered, saying, "Master, we desire to see a sign from You."

³⁰ And then the sign of the Son of Man shall appear in heaven: And then all the tribes of the earth shall mourn, and they shall see the Son of Man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

²⁵ and the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken.

¹¹ And great earthquakes shall be in diverse places, and famines, and pestilences; and there shall be fearful sights and great signs from heaven.

²⁵ And there shall be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;

²⁹ He that has the bride is the bridegroom; but the friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly because of the bridegroom's voice: This joy of mine is therefore fulfilled.

¹⁹ And I will show wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapor of smoke:

²² even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ to all and upon all those who believe: For there is no difference:

¹⁴ But you, put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.

² For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: For I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.

²⁷ For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

¹⁴ But God forbid that I should glory, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified to me, and I to the world.

²⁵ Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave Himself for it; ²⁶ that He might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, ²⁷ that He might present it to Himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

³² This is a great mystery: But I speak concerning Christ and the church.

¹¹ For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, ¹² teaching us that through denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;

²⁰ the mystery of the seven stars which you saw in My right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: And the seven candlesticks which you saw are the seven churches.

¹⁹ Then the temple of God was opened in heaven, and the ark of His testament was seen in His temple: And there were lightnings, voices, thunderings, an earthquake, and large hail.

³ And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.

¹ Then I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvelous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them the wrath of God is finished.

¹⁴ And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.

²³ And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: For the glory of God illuminates it, and the Lamb is the light of it.

¹¹ He shall see of the travail of His soul, and shall be satisfied: By His knowledge my righteous servant shall justify many; for He shall bear their iniquities.

¹ "Sing, O barren, you who did not bear; break forth into singing, and cry aloud, you who did not travail with child: For more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife", said the LORD.

⁷ Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she delivered a male child. ⁸ Who has heard of such a thing? Who has seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? Or shall a nation be born at once? For as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children. ⁹ Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth?" said the LORD: "shall I cause to bring forth, and shut the womb?" said your God.

³ Therefore He will give them up, until the time that she which travails has brought forth: Then the remnant of His brethren shall return to the children of Israel.

²¹ When a woman is in labor she has sorrow, because her hour has come: But as soon as she has delivered the child, she no longer remembers the anguish, for joy that a baby is born into the world.

¹⁹ My little children, for whom I travail in birth again until Christ is formed in you,

²⁷ For it is written, "Rejoice, you barren that do not bear; break forth and cry, you that do not travail: For the desolate has many more children than she which has a husband."

⁴ And his tail drew a third of the stars of heaven, and cast them to the earth: And the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, to devour her Child as soon as it was born.

¹⁵ The elder and honorable, he is the head; and the prophet that teaches lies, he is the tail.

¹ In that day the LORD shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent with His severe and great and strong sword, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and He shall slay the dragon that is in the sea.

⁹ Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the LORD; awake, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old. Was it not You who cut Rahab, and wounded the dragon?

⁴² And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken.

⁷ After this I saw in the night visions, and behold, a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and exceedingly strong; and it had great iron teeth: It devoured and broke in pieces, and stomped the residue with its feet: And it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns. ⁸ I considered the horns, and behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom three of the first horns were plucked up by the roots: And behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.

²⁰ and of the ten horns that were in his head, and of the other which came up, and before whom three fell; even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spoke very great things, whose look was more stout than his fellows.

²⁴ And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: And another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.

⁹ And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceives the whole world: He was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

¹⁷ And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

¹³ And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.

³ So he carried me away in the Spirit into the wilderness: And I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet colored beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. ⁴ And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colors, and gilded with gold, and precious stones, and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and the filthiness of her fornication:

⁷ And the angel said to me, "Why did you marvel? I will tell you the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carries her, which has the seven heads and ten horns.

⁹ "And here is the mind which has wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sits. ¹⁰ And there are seven kings: Five are fallen, and one is, and the other has not yet come; and when he comes, he must continue a short while.

¹² "And the ten horns which you saw are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.

¹⁶ And the ten horns which you saw upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.

¹² His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns; and He had a name written, that no man knew, but he Himself.

² And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,

¹⁶ And he said, "When you do the office of a midwife to the Hebrew women, and see them upon the stools; if it is a son, then you shall kill him: But if it is a daughter, then she shall live."

⁹ And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which waxed exceedingly great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant land. ¹⁰ And it waxed great, even to the host of heaven; and it cast down some of the host and of the stars to the ground, and stamped upon them. ¹¹ Yes, he magnified himself even to the Prince of the host, and by him the daily sacrifice was taken away, and the place of His sanctuary was cast down. ¹² And a host was given to him against the daily sacrifice by reason of transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground; and it practiced, and prospered.

³ When Herod the king had heard these things, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him. ⁴ And when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together, he demanded of them where Christ should be born. ⁵ And they said to him, "In Bethlehem of Judea: For thus it is written by the prophet, ⁶ 'And you Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, are not the least among the princes of Judah: For out of you shall come a Governor, that shall rule My people Israel.' " ⁷ Then Herod, when he had privately called the wise men, inquired of them diligently what time the star appeared. ⁸ And he sent them to Bethlehem, and said, "Go and search diligently for the young Child; and when you have found Him, bring me word again, that I may come and worship Him also." ⁹ When they heard the king, they departed; and lo, the star which they saw in the east went before them, until it came and stood over where the young Child was. ¹⁰ When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceedingly great joy. ¹¹ And when they had come into the house, they saw the young Child with Mary His mother, and fell down, and worshiped Him: And when they had opened their treasures, they presented to Him gifts; gold, frankincense, and myrrh. ¹² And being warned by God in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed into their own country another way. ¹³ Now when they had departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream, saying, "Arise, take the young Child and His mother, flee into Egypt, and remain there until I bring you word: For Herod will seek the young Child to destroy Him." ¹⁴ When he arose, he took the young Child and His mother by night, and departed into Egypt: ¹⁵ And was there until the death of Herod: That it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, "Out of Egypt I have called My Son." ¹⁶ Then Herod, when he saw that he was mocked by the wise men, was exceedingly wroth, and sent forth, and killed all the children that were in Bethlehem, and inside all its borders, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had diligently inquired of the wise men.

⁴⁴ You are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father you will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and did not abide in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks of his own: For he is a liar, and the father of it.

⁸ Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour:

⁷ The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: And a third of the trees were burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.

¹⁰ And they had tails like scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: And their power was to hurt men five months.

¹⁹ For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: For their tails were like serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt.

¹⁸ And the woman which you saw is that great city, which reigns over the kings of the earth."

⁹ You shall break them with a rod of iron; You shall dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.' " ¹⁰ Be wise now therefore, O you kings: Be instructed, you judges of the earth.

¹⁴ Therefore the Lord Himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel.

²² How long will you go about, O you backsliding daughter? For the LORD has created a new thing in the earth, A woman shall compass a man."

²⁵ And knew her not until she had brought forth her firstborn Son: And he called His name JESUS.

¹⁹ So then after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.

² I knew a man in Christ who over fourteen years ago (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knows); such a one that was caught up to the third heaven.

²⁶ And he that overcomes, and keeps My works to the end, to him I will give power over the nations: ²⁷ 'And He shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter, they shall be broken to pieces: Even as I received from My Father.

¹² And they heard a great voice from heaven saying to them, "Come up here." And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.

² And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.

¹⁵ And out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should smite the nations: And He shall rule them with a rod of iron: And He treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

³ get away from here, and turn eastward, and hide yourself by the brook Cherith, that is before the Jordan. ⁴ And it shall be, that you shall drink of the brook; and I have commanded the ravens to feed you there. ⁵ So he went and did according to the word of the LORD: For he went and dwelled by the brook Cherith, that is before the Jordan. ⁶ And the ravens brought him bread and flesh in the morning, and bread and flesh in the evening; and he drank of the brook.

⁹ arise, get you to Zarephath, which belongs to Zidon, and dwell there: Behold, I have commanded a widow woman there to sustain you. ¹⁰ So he arose and went to Zarephath. And when he came to the gate of the city, behold, the widow woman was there gathering of sticks: And he called to her, and said, "Fetch me, I implore you, a little water in a vessel, that I may drink. ¹¹ And as she was going to fetch it, he called to her, and said, "Bring me, I implore you, a morsel of bread in your hand. ¹² And she said, "As the LORD your God lives, I have not a cake, but a handful of meal in a barrel, and a little oil in a jar: And behold, I am gathering two sticks, that I may go in and dress it for me and my son, that we may eat it, and die. ¹³ And Elijah said to her, "Fear not; go and do as you have said: But make me of it a little cake first, and bring it to me, and after make for you and for your son. ¹⁴ For thus says the LORD God of Israel, The barrel of meal shall not waste, neither shall the jar of oil fail, until the day that the LORD sends rain on the earth. ¹⁵ And she went and did according to the saying of Elijah: And she, and he, and her house, ate many days. ¹⁶ And the barrel of meal wasted not, neither did the jar of oil fail, according to the word of the LORD, which he spoke by Elijah.

⁴ But he himself went a day's journey into the wilderness, and came and sat down under a juniper tree: And he requested for himself that he might die; and said, "It is enough; now, O LORD, take away my life; for I am not better than my fathers. ⁵ And as he lay and slept under a juniper tree, behold, then an angel touched him, and said to him, "Arise and eat. ⁶ And he looked, and behold, there was a cake baked on the coals, and a cup of water at his head. And he ate and drank, and laid himself down again. ⁷ And the angel of the LORD came again the second time, and touched him, and said, "Arise and eat; because the journey is too great for you. ⁸ And he arose, and ate and drink, and went in the strength of that meat forty days and forty nights to Horeb the mount of God.

¹¹ Then the devil left Him; and behold, angels came and ministered to Him.

² But leave out the court which is outside the temple, and do not measure it; for it is given to the Gentiles: And they shall tread the holy city under foot for forty-two months. ³ And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy one thousand two hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth."

⁵ And there was given to him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given to him to continue for forty-two months.

⁴⁹ He cast upon them the fierceness of His anger, wrath, and indignation, and trouble, by sending evil angels among them.

⁵ For My sword shall be bathed in heaven: Behold, it shall come down on Edom, and on the people of My curse, for judgment.

⁴ Behold, I have given him for a witness to the people, a leader and commander to the people.

¹³ But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days: But lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained with the kings of Persia.

²¹ But I will show you that which is noted in the Scripture of Truth: And there is none that holds fast with me in these things, except Michael your prince."

¹ "And at that time Michael shall stand up, the great prince which stands for the children of your people: And there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: And at that time your people shall be delivered, everyone that shall be found written in the book.

⁴¹ The Son of Man shall send forth His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those which do iniquity;

²⁷ For the Son of Man shall come in the glory of His Father with His angels; and then He shall reward every man according to his works.

³¹ And He shall send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

⁴¹ Then He shall say also to those on the left hand, 'Depart from Me, you cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

⁵³ Do you not think that I can now pray to My Father, and He shall give Me more than twelve legions of angels at this time?

⁷ And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, the messenger of Satan to wound me, lest I should be exalted above measure.

¹² For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

⁷ and to you who are troubled, rest with us; when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with His mighty angels,

¹⁰ For it suited Him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.

⁴ For if God did not spare the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved for judgment;

⁹ Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, dared not bring a railing accusation against him, but said, "The Lord rebuke you."

¹¹ And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and He that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. ¹² His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns; and He had a name written, that no man knew, but he Himself. ¹³ And He was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: And His name is called The Word of God. ¹⁴ And the armies which were in heaven followed Him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. ¹⁵ And out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should smite the nations: And He shall rule them with a rod of iron: And He treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. ¹⁶ And He has on His vesture and on His thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. ¹⁷ Then I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried out with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, "Come and gather yourselves together to the supper of the great God; ¹⁸ that you may eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses, and of those that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great." ¹⁹ And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him that sat on the horse, and against His army. ²⁰ And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that worked miracles before him, with which he deceived those that had received the mark of the beast, and those that worshiped his image. These two were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

¹⁰ He shall return no more to his house, neither shall his place know him any more.

¹⁸ If he destroy him from his place, then it shall deny him, saying, "I have not seen you.

⁹ The eye also which saw him shall see him no more; neither shall his place any more behold him.

²¹ The east wind carries him away, and he departs: And as a storm hurles him out of his place. ²² For God shall cast on him, and not spare: He would fain flee out of his hand. ²³ Men shall clap their hands at him, and shall hiss him out of his place.

⁴ lest my enemy say, "I have prevailed against him"; and those that trouble me rejoice when I am moved.

¹⁰ For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: Yes, you shall diligently consider his place, and it shall not be.

¹⁰ All nations compassed around me, but in the name of the LORD I will destroy them. ¹¹ They compassed around me; yes, they compassed around me: But in the name of the LORD I will destroy them. ¹² They compass around me like bees; they are quenched as the fire of thorns: For in the name of the LORD I will destroy them. ¹³ You have thrust violently at me that I might fall: But the LORD helped me.

² "Many a time they have afflicted me from my youth: Yet they have not prevailed against me.

¹⁹ And they shall fight against you; but they shall not prevail against you; for I am with you", said the LORD, "to deliver you."

²² Do you not fear me?' said the LORD: 'will you not tremble at My presence, who has placed the sand as the bound of the sea by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it?: And though the waves of it toss themselves, yet they cannot prevail; though they roar, yet they cannot pass over it?

¹⁸ And I also say to you that you are Peter, and upon this Rock you declared I will build My church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

²⁵ that he may take part in this ministry and apostleship, from which Judas by transgression fell, that he might go to his own place."

³¹ What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? ³² He that did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not together with Him also freely give us all things? ³³ Who shall blame God's elect? It is God that justifies. ³⁴ Who is he that condemns? It is Christ that died, now rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. ³⁵ Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? ³⁶ As it is written, "For Your sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter." ³⁷ Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us. ³⁸ For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, ³⁹ nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

⁶ And the angels which did not keep their first estate, but left their own habitation, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of the great day.

¹¹ And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they did not love their lives to the death.

¹ Now the serpent was more subtle than any wild beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said to the woman, "Yes, has God said, 'All of you shall not eat of every tree of the garden?' "All of you: In KJV, Ye; hence "All of you" signifies a plural "you"

⁴ And the serpent said to the woman, "You shall not surely die: ⁵ For God knows that in the day you eat of it, then your eyes shall be opened, and you shall be as gods, knowing good and evil."

¹³ And the LORD God said to the woman, "What is this that you have done?" And the woman said, "The serpent beguiled me, and I ate."

¹ And Satan stood up against Israel, and provoked David to number Israel.

⁶ Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them. ⁷ And the LORD said to Satan, "From where come you? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, "From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it. ⁸ And the LORD said to Satan, "Have you considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that fears God, and eschews evil? ⁹ Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, "Does Job fear God for nothing? ¹⁰ Have not you made a hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he has on every side? You have blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land. ¹¹ But put forth your hand now, and touch all that he has, and he will curse you to your face. ¹² And the LORD said to Satan, "Behold, all that he has is in your power; only on himself put not forth your hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the LORD.

⁶ Set a wicked man over him: And let Satan stand at his right hand.

¹² How you have fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, you who weakened the nations!

²⁵ The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bull: And dust shall be the serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain", said the LORD.

¹⁶ By the multitude of your merchandise they have filled the midst of you with violence, and you have sinned: Therefore I will cast you out of the mountain of God as profane: And I will destroy you, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.

¹ And He showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him. ² And the LORD said to Satan, "The LORD rebuke you, O Satan; even the LORD that has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you: Is this not a brand plucked out of the fire?"

¹ Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil.

⁵ Then the devil took Him up into the holy city, and set Him on a pinnacle of the temple,

⁸ Again, the devil took Him up into an exceedingly high mountain, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;

¹⁰ Then Jesus said to Him, "Get away from here, Satan: For it is written, 'You shall worship the LORD your God, and Him only shall you serve.' "

³⁹ the enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.

²⁴ For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; so that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

¹² Those by the wayside are those that hear; then the devil comes, and takes away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.

¹⁸ And He said to them, "I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.

¹⁶ And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has bound, look, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the Sabbath day?"

³ Then Satan entered into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being numbered as one of the twelve.

³¹ And the Lord said, "Simon, Simon, behold, Satan has desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:

³¹ Now is the judgment of this world: Now shall the prince of this world be cast out.

³⁰ After this I will not talk much with you: For the prince of this world comes, and has nothing in Me.

¹¹ of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.

³ But Peter said, "Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit, and to keep back part of the price of the land?

¹⁸ to open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith that is in Me.'

¹⁸ For those that are such do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.

²⁰ And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

¹¹ lest Satan should get an advantage over us: For we are not ignorant of his devices.

⁴ In whom the god of this world has blinded the minds of those who do not believe, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.

³ But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent deceived Eve through his cunning subtilty, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

¹⁴ And no wonder; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

¹⁴ That from this time forward we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the artful tricks of men, and cunning craftiness, by which they lie in wait to deceive;

³ Let no man deceive you by any means: For that Day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

⁹ Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, ¹⁰ and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in those that perish; because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. ¹¹ And for this reason God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

¹⁴ And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.

⁶ Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil. ⁷ Moreover he must have a good report of those which are outside; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.

¹³ But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

¹⁴ Since then, as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise also took part of the same; that through death He might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

⁸ He that commits sin is of the devil; for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. ⁹ Whoever is born of God does not commit sin; for His seed remains in him: And he cannot sin, because he is born of God. ¹⁰ In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: Whoever does not perform righteousness is not of God, neither is he that does not love his brother.

¹⁹ And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lies in wickedness.

⁹ "I know your works, tribulation, and poverty (but you are rich), and I know the blasphemy of those which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.

¹³ "I know your works, and where you dwell, even where Satan's seat is: And you hold firmly My name, and have not denied My faith, even in those days in which Antipas was My faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwells.

²⁴ "But to you I say, and to the rest in Thyatira, as many as do not have this doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan, as they say; I will put no other burden upon you.

⁹ Behold, I will make those of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them come and worship before your feet, and to know that I have loved you.

¹ Then the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven to the earth: And to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.

²⁰ And the rest of the men who were not killed by these plagues yet did not repent of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: Which can neither see, nor hear, nor walk:

⁷ And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,

¹⁴ But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent. ¹⁵ And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away by the flood.

¹⁴ and deceives those that dwell on the earth by means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to those who dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and lived.

¹⁴ For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth to the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.

² And he cried out mightily with a strong voice, saying, "Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become the habitation of devils, and the prison-hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

²³ and the light of a candle shall not shine any more at all in you; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall not be heard any more at all in you: For your merchants were the great men of the earth; for by your sorceries all nations were deceived.

² And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, ³ and cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, until the thousand years are fulfilled: And after that he must be loosed for a little season.

⁸ and shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: The number of whom is as the sand of the sea.

¹⁰ And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night forever and ever.

¹¹ Yours, O LORD is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: For all that is in the heaven and in the earth is yours; your is the kingdom, O LORD, and you are exalted as head above all.

⁹ Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, "Does Job fear God for nothing?

¹¹ But put forth your hand now, and touch all that he has, and he will curse you to your face.

⁵ But put forth your hand now, and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will curse you to your face.

⁸ Ask of Me, and I shall give You the heathen for Your inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for Your possession. ⁹ You shall break them with a rod of iron; You shall dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.' " ¹⁰ Be wise now therefore, O you kings: Be instructed, you judges of the earth. ¹¹ Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. ¹² Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, and all you perish from pursuing the way, when His wrath is kindled only a little. Blessed are all those that put their trust in Him.

²⁸ For the kingdom is the LORD's: And He is the governor among the nations.

⁶ Your throne, O God, is forever and ever: The scepter of Your kingdom is a right scepter.

⁵ The LORD at Your right hand shall strike through kings in the day of His wrath. ⁶ He shall judge among the heathen, He shall fill the places with the dead bodies; He shall wound the heads over many countries.

¹¹ They shall speak of the glory of Your kingdom, and talk of Your power; ¹² to make known to the sons of men His mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of His kingdom. ¹³ Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and Your dominion endures throughout all generations.

⁴⁴ And in the days of these kings the God of heaven shall set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: And the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever.

¹⁰ Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.

⁶⁴ Jesus said to Him, "You have said it: Nevertheless I say to you all, in time to come you shall see the Son of Man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven."

¹⁸ And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, "All power is given to Me in heaven and in earth.

² And He said to them, "When you pray, say: Our Father which is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done, as in heaven, so also on earth.

⁴ in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when you are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ,

⁹ And He said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you: For My strength is made perfect in weakness." Therefore, I will most gladly rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

³ The aged women likewise, that they behave as becomes holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;

²⁶ And he that overcomes, and keeps My works to the end, to him I will give power over the nations:

¹⁰ And cried out with a loud voice, saying, "Salvation to our God which sits upon the throne, and to the Lamb."

¹⁵ Then the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, "The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of His Christ; and He shall reign forever and ever."

¹ And after these things I heard a great voice of many people in heaven, saying, "Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honor, and power, to the Lord our God: ² For His judgments are true and righteous: For He has judged the great whore, which corrupted the earth with her fornication, and has avenged the blood of His servants at her hand." ³ And again they said, "Alleluia. And her smoke rose up forever and ever." ⁴ And the twenty-four elders and the four beasts fell down and worshiped God that sat on the throne, saying, "Amen; Alleluia." ⁵ Then a voice came out of the throne, saying, "Praise our God, all you His servants, and you that fear Him, both small and great." ⁶ And I heard as it were the voice of a large multitude, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, "Alleluia: For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns. ⁷ Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to Him: For the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready."

²⁶ "If anyone comes to Me, and does not hate his father, mother, wife, children, brethren, and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he cannot be My disciple.

³³ These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you might have peace. In the world you shall have tribulation: But be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."

²⁴ But none of these things move me, neither do I count my life dear to myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received from the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.

¹³ Then Paul answered, "What makes you weep and to break my heart? For I am ready not only to be bound, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus."

⁵⁷ But thanks be to God, which gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

³ For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: ⁴ (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God for the pulling down of strongholds); ⁵ casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ;

¹³ Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. ¹⁴ Stand therefore, having your loins girded around with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; ¹⁵ and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; ¹⁶ above all, taking the shield of faith, with which you shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. ¹⁷ And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God: ¹⁸ Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching to the end with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

⁷ I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: ⁸ Furthermore, there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, shall give me in that day: And not to me only, but also to all those that love His appearing.

¹⁴ Since then, as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise also took part of the same; that through death He might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; ¹⁵ and deliver those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.

³⁵ Women received their dead raised to life again: And others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection: ³⁶ And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yes, moreover of chains and imprisonment: ³⁷ They were stoned, they were sawn into parts, were tempted, were slain with the sword: They wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented; ³⁸ (of whom the world was not worthy): They wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth.

¹³ I write to you, fathers, because you have known Him that is from the beginning. I write to you, young men, because you have overcome the wicked one. I write to you, little children, because you have known the Father. ¹⁴ I have written to you, fathers, because you have known Him that is from the beginning. I have written to you, young men, because you are strong, and the Word of God abides in you, and you have overcome the wicked one.

⁴ You are of God, little children, and have overcome them: Because greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world.

⁵ Who is he that overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

² Who gives record of the Word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw.

⁹ I John, who am also your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was on the island that is called Patmos, for the Word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.

⁷ "He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches; to him that overcomes I will give to eat from the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God." '

¹⁰ Fear none of those things which you shall suffer: Behold, the devil shall throw some of you into prison, that you may be proven; and you shall have tribulation ten days: Be faithful to death, and I will give you a crown of life. ¹¹ "He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches; he that overcomes shall not be hurt by the second death." '

¹⁷ "He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches; to him that overcomes I will give to eat from the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knows except him that receives it." '

⁵ He that overcomes, the same shall be clothed in white garments; and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life, but I will confess his name before My Father, and before His angels."

¹² He that overcomes I will make a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go out no more: And I will write upon him the name of My God, and the name of the city of My God, which is New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God: And I will write upon him My new name."

²¹ To him that overcomes I will grant to sit with Me in My throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with My Father in His throne."

⁹ And when He had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those that were slain for the Word of God, and for the testimony which they held:

¹⁰ And cried out with a loud voice, saying, "Salvation to our God which sits upon the throne, and to the Lamb." ¹¹ And all the angels stood all around the throne, and around the elders and the four beasts, and fell on their faces before the throne, and worshiped God, ¹² saying, "Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honor, and power, and might, be to our God forever and ever. Amen." ¹³ And one of the elders answered, saying to me, "What are these which are arrayed in white robes? And where did they come from?" ¹⁴ And I said to him, "Sir, you know." So he said to me, "These are those which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

⁷ And when they have finished their testimony, the beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.

¹⁷ And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

¹ Then I looked, and lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Zion, and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand, having His Father's name written in their foreheads. ² And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: And I heard the voice of harpists harping with their harps: ³ And they sang as it were a new song before the throne, before the four beasts, and the elders: And no man could learn that song except the one hundred and forty-four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth. ⁴ These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits to God and to the Lamb.

² And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: And those that had prevailed in victory over the beast, and over his image, over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God. ³ And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, "Great and marvelous are Your works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are Your ways, You King of saints.

¹⁰ And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said to me, "See that you do not do it: I am your fellow-servant, and of your brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: Worship God: For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy."

⁴ And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given to them: And I saw the souls of those that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshiped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

¹¹ Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; let the sea roar, and the fullness of it. ¹² Let the field be joyful, and all that is in it: Then all the trees of the woods shall rejoice ¹³ before the LORD: For He comes, for He comes to judge the earth: He shall judge the world with righteousness, and the people with His truth.

¹ All of you praise the LORD. Praise the LORD from the heavens: Praise Him in the heights. ² Praise Him, all His angels: Praise Him, all His hosts. ³ Praise Him, sun and moon: Praise Him, all you stars of light. ⁴ Praise Him, you heavens of heavens, and you waters that are above the heavens.

²³ Sing, O you heavens; for the LORD has done it: Shout, you lower parts of the earth: Break forth into singing, you mountains, O forest, and every tree in it: For the LORD has redeemed Jacob, and glorified Himself in Israel.

¹³ Sing, O heavens; and be joyful, O earth; and break forth into singing, O mountains: For the LORD has comforted His people, and will have mercy on His afflicted.

¹² For you shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: The mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. ¹³ Instead of the thorn the fir tree shall come up, and instead of the brier the myrtle tree shall come up: And it shall be to the LORD for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off."

¹⁴ "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men."

¹⁰ Likewise, I say to you, There is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents."

³⁷ For "Yet a little while, and He that shall come will come, and will not tarry.

⁸ But, beloved, do not be ignorant of this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

¹³ And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, "Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabitants of the earth because of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!"

¹² One woe is past; and behold, there come two more woes after this.

⁶ and swore by Him that lives forever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that are in it, the earth, and the things that are in it, and the sea, and the things which are in it, that there should not be time any longer:

¹⁰ And those that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts to one another; because these two prophets tormented those that dwelt on the earth.

¹⁴ The second woe is past; and behold, the third woe is coming quickly.

²⁰ Rejoice over her, you heaven, and you holy apostles and prophets; for God has avenged you on her."

¹⁵ And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed; it shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel."

¹² The wicked plots against the just, and gnashes on him with his teeth. ¹³ The Lord shall laugh at him: For He sees that his day is coming. ¹⁴ The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the poor and needy, and to slay such as are of upright conversation.

³ And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. ⁴ And his tail drew a third of the stars of heaven, and cast them to the earth: And the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, to devour her Child as soon as it was born. ⁵ And she brought forth a man Child, Who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: And her Child was caught up to God, and to His throne.

⁴ 'You have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I bore you on eagles' wings, and brought you to Myself.

¹¹ As an eagle stirs up her nest, flutters over her young, spreads abroad her wings, takes them, bears them on her wings: ¹² So the LORD alone did lead him, and there was no strange god with him.

⁶ And I said, "Oh that I had wings like a dove! For then I would fly away, and be at rest.

³¹ But those who wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; they shall walk, and not faint.

²⁵ And he shall speak great words against the Most High, and shall wear out the saints of the Most High, and think to change times and laws; and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

⁷ And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand to heaven, and swore by Him that lives forever that "it shall be for a time, times, and a half; and when he has accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished."

⁶ Then the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by God, that they should feed her there one thousand two hundred and sixty days.

³ So he carried me away in the Spirit into the wilderness: And I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet colored beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

⁴ The sorrows of death compassed around me, and the floods of ungodly men made me afraid.

⁷ Which stills the noise of the seas, the noise of their waves, and the tumult of the people.

³ The floods have lifted up, O LORD, the floods have lifted up their voices; the floods lift up their waves. ⁴ The LORD on high is mightier than the thunders of many waters, yes, mightier than the mighty waves of the sea.

⁷ now therefore, behold, the Lord brings up on them the waters of the river, strong and many, even the king of Assyria, and all his glory: And he shall come up over all his channels, and go over all his banks:

² Behold, the Lord has a mighty and strong one, which as a tempest of hail and a destroying storm, as a flood of mighty waters overflowing, shall cast down to the earth with the hand.

¹⁹ So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and His glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.

¹⁵ And he said to me, "The waters which you saw, where the whore sits, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.

³⁵ And the children of Israel did according to the word of Moses; and they borrowed from the Egyptians jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and clothing: ³⁶ And the LORD gave the people favor in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they lent to them such things as they required. And they spoiled the Egyptians.

⁶ And the ravens brought him bread and flesh in the morning, and bread and flesh in the evening; and he drank of the brook.

⁹ So Hazael went to meet him, and took a present with him, even of every good thing of Damascus, forty camels' burden, and came and stood before him, and said, "Your son Benhadad king of Syria has sent me to you, saying, "Shall I recover of this disease?

²³ Thus he said, 'The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces. ²⁴ And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: And another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings. ²⁵ And he shall speak great words against the Most High, and shall wear out the saints of the Most High, and think to change times and laws; and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. ²⁶ But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it to the end.

³⁶ And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvelous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper until the indignation is accomplished: For that which is determined shall be done.

²⁰ Teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you: And lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the world." Amen.

¹ And I, brethren, when I came to you, did not come with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring to you the testimony of God.

³ And by this we shall know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments.

² By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep His commandments.

¹⁰ He that believes in the Son of God has the witness in himself: He that does not believe God has made Him a liar; because he does not believe the record that God gave of His Son.

¹¹ And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they did not love their lives to the death. ¹² Therefore rejoice, you heavens, and you that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has but a short time."

¹² Here is the patience of the saints: Here are those that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

⁶ And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: And when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.

¹⁴ These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: For He is Lord of lords, and King of kings: And those that are with Him are called, and chosen, and faithful."

¹⁹ And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him that sat on the horse, and against His army.

⁸ and shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: The number of whom is as the sand of the sea. ⁹ And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed all around the camp of the saints, and the beloved city: And fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.

¹⁴ Blessed are those that do His commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
