every male shall eat it: It shall be holy to you. ¹¹ And this is yours; the heave offering of their gift, with all the wave offerings of the children of Israel: I have given them to you, and to your sons and to your daughters with you, by a statute forever: Everyone that is clean in your house shall eat of it. ¹² All the best of the oil, and all the best of the wine, and of the wheat, the firstfruits of them which they shall offer to the LORD, them I have given you. ¹³ And whatever is first ripe in the land, which they shall bring to the LORD, shall be yours; everyone that is clean in your house shall eat of it. ¹⁴ Every thing devoted in Israel shall be yours. ¹⁵ Every thing that opens the womb in all flesh, which they bring to the LORD, whether it be of men or beasts, shall be yours: Nevertheless the firstborn of man shall you surely redeem, and the firstling of unclean beasts shall you redeem. ¹⁶ And those that are to be redeemed from a month old shall you redeem, according to your estimation, for the money of five shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary, which is twenty gerahs. ¹⁷ But the firstling of a cow, or the firstling of a sheep, or the firstling of a goat, you shall not redeem; they are holy: You shall sprinkle their blood on the altar, and shall burn their fat for an offering made by fire, for a sweet smell to the LORD. ¹⁸ And the flesh of them shall be yours, as the wave breast and as the right shoulder are yours. ¹⁹ All the heave offerings of the holy things, which the children of Israel offer to the LORD, I have given you, and your sons and your daughters with you, by a statute forever: It is a covenant of salt forever before the LORD to you and to your seed with you. ²⁰ And the LORD spoke to Aaron, You shall have no inheritance in their land, neither shall you have any part among them: I am your part and your inheritance among the children of Israel. ²¹ And behold, I have given the children of Levi all the tenth in Israel for an inheritance, for their service which they serve, even the service of the tabernacle of the congregation. ²² Neither must the children of Israel from now on come near the tabernacle of the congregation, lest they bear sin, and die. ²³ But the Levites shall do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation, and they shall bear their iniquity: It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations, that among the children of Israel they have no inheritance. ²⁴ But the tithes of the children of Israel, which they offer as a heave offering to the LORD, I have given to the Levites to inherit: Therefore I have said to them, "Among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance. ²⁵ And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, ²⁶ thus speak to the Levites, and say to them, When you take of the children of Israel the tithes which I have given you from them for your inheritance, then you shall offer up a heave offering of it for the LORD, even a tenth part of the tithe. ²⁷ And this your heave offering shall be reckoned to you, as though it were the grain of the threshing floor, and as the fullness of the winepress. ²⁸ Thus you also shall offer a heave offering to the LORD of all your tithes, which you receive of the children of Israel; and you shall give of it the LORD's heave offering to Aaron the priest. ²⁹ Out of all your gifts you shall offer every heave offering of the LORD, of all its best, even the hallowed part of it out of it. ³⁰ Therefore you shall say to them, When you have heaved its best from it, then it shall be counted to the Levites as the increase of the threshing floor, and as the increase of the winepress. ³¹ And you shall eat it in every place, you and your households: For it is your reward for your service in the tabernacle of the congregation. ³² And you shall bear no sin by reason of it, when you have heaved from it the best of it: Neither shall you pollute the holy things of the children of Israel, lest you die.

³⁸ And it shall be upon Aaron's forehead, that Aaron may bear the iniquity of the holy things, which the children of Israel shall hallow in all their holy gifts; and it shall be always upon his forehead, that they may be accepted before the LORD.

⁹ They shall therefore keep my ordinance, lest they bear sin for it, and die therefore, if they profane it: I the LORD do sanctify them.

³⁴ After the number of the days in which you searched the land, even forty days, each day for a year, shall you bear your iniquities, even forty years, and you shall know my breach of promise.

³ And you shall write Aaron's name on the rod of Levi: For one rod shall be for the head of the house of their fathers.

⁷ And Moses laid up the rods before the LORD in the tabernacle of witness.

¹³ Whoever comes anything near to the tabernacle of the LORD shall die: Shall we be consumed with dying?

²² Neither must the children of Israel from now on come near the tabernacle of the congregation, lest they bear sin, and die. ²³ But the Levites shall do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation, and they shall bear their iniquity: It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations, that among the children of Israel they have no inheritance.

⁶ All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned, every one, to his own way; and the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.

¹¹ He shall see of the travail of His soul, and shall be satisfied: By His knowledge my righteous servant shall justify many; for He shall bear their iniquities.

¹⁸ When I say to the wicked, 'You shall surely die'; and you do not give him warning, nor speak to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at your hand. ¹⁹ Yet if you warn the wicked, and he does not turn from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but you have delivered your soul.

²⁶ Therefore I testify for the record this day, that I am pure from the blood of all men. ²⁷ For I have not shunned to declare to you all the counsel of God.

¹⁵ For we do not have a High Priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.

¹⁷ Obey those that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: For they watch for your souls, as those that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: For that is unprofitable for you.

²⁴ Who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live on to righteousness: By whose stripes you were healed.

³⁴ And she conceived again, and bore a son; and said, "Now this time my husband will be joined to me, because I have borne him three sons": Therefore his name was called Levi.Levi; that is, Joined

⁶ bring the tribe of Levi near, and present them before Aaron the priest, that they may minister to him. ⁷ And they shall keep his charge, and the charge of the whole congregation before the tabernacle of the congregation, to do the service of the tabernacle. ⁸ And they shall keep all the instruments of the tabernacle of the congregation, and the charge of the children of Israel, to do the service of the tabernacle. ⁹ And you shall give the Levites to Aaron and to his sons: They are wholly given to him out of the children of Israel. ¹⁰ And you shall appoint Aaron and his sons, and they shall wait on their priest's office: And the stranger that comes near shall be put to death. ¹¹ And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, ¹² and I, behold, I have taken the Levites from among the children of Israel instead of all the firstborn that opens the womb among the children of Israel: Therefore the Levites shall be mine; ¹³ because all the firstborn are Mine; for on the day that I smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt I hallowed to Me all the firstborn in Israel, both man and beast: They shall be Mine: I am the LORD."

¹⁵ And when Aaron and his sons have made an end of covering the sanctuary, and all the vessels of the sanctuary, as the camp is to set forward; after that, the sons of Kohath shall come to bear it: But they shall not touch any holy thing, lest they die. These things are the burden of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation.

¹⁹ And I have given the Levites as a gift to Aaron and to his sons from among the children of Israel, to do the service of the children of Israel in the tabernacle of the congregation, and to make an atonement for the children of Israel: That there be no plague among the children of Israel, when the children of Israel come near to the sanctuary.

²² And after that went the Levites in to do their service in the tabernacle of the congregation before Aaron, and before his sons: As the LORD had commanded Moses concerning the Levites, so they did to them.

⁴⁰ To be a memorial to the children of Israel, that no stranger, which is not of the seed of Aaron, come near to offer incense before the LORD; that he be not as Korah, and as his company: As the LORD said to him by the hand of Moses.

⁴ And they shall be joined to you, and keep the charge of the tabernacle of the congregation, for all the service of the tabernacle: And a stranger shall not come near to you.

³⁹ And Zadok the priest, and his brothers the priests, before the tabernacle of the LORD in the high place that was at Gibeon, ⁴⁰ to offer burnt offerings to the LORD on the altar of the burnt offering continually morning and evening, and to do according to all that is written in the law of the LORD, which he commanded Israel;

¹⁶ And they stood in their place after their manner, according to the law of Moses the man of God: The priests sprinkled the blood, which they received of the hand of the Levites.

¹⁵ But the priests the Levites, the sons of Zadok, that kept the ordinances of My sanctuary when the children of Israel went astray from Me, they shall come near to Me to minister to Me, and they shall stand before Me to offer to Me the fat and the blood", says the Lord GOD:

⁵¹ And when the tabernacle sets forward, the Levites shall take it down: And when the tabernacle is to be pitched, the Levites shall set it up: And the stranger that comes near shall be put to death.

²⁵ And the charge of the sons of Gershon in the tabernacle of the congregation shall be the tabernacle, and the tent, its covering, and the hanging for the door of the tabernacle of the congregation,

³¹ And their charge shall be the ark, and the table, and the candlestick, and the altars, and the vessels of the sanctuary with which they minister, and the hanging, and all its service.

³⁶ And under the custody and charge of the sons of Merari shall be the boards of the tabernacle, and its bars, and its pillars, and its sockets, and all its vessels, and all that serves thereto,

¹⁹ But thus do to them, that they may live, and not die, when they approach to the most holy things: Aaron and his sons shall go in, and appoint them every one to his service and to his burden: ²⁰ But they shall not go in to see when the holy things are covered, lest they die.

⁷ Therefore you and your sons with you shall keep your priest's office for everything of the altar, and within the veil; and you shall serve: I have given your priest's office to you as a service of gift: And the stranger that comes near shall be put to death.

¹⁰ And you shall appoint Aaron and his sons, and they shall wait on their priest's office: And the stranger that comes near shall be put to death.

¹⁹ And He smote the men of Beth-Shemesh, because they had looked into the ark of the LORD, He even smote from the people fifty thousand and seventy men: And the people lamented, because the LORD had smote many of the people with a great slaughter.

⁶ And when they came to Nachon's threshing floor, Uzzah put forth his hand to the ark of God, and took hold of it; for the oxen shook it. ⁷ And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Uzzah; and God smote him there for his error; and there he died by the ark of God.

²¹ In the tabernacle of the congregation without the veil, which is before the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall order it from evening to morning before the LORD: It shall be a statute forever to their generations on behalf of the children of Israel.

⁷ And Aaron shall burn sweet incense on it every morning: When he dresses the lamps, he shall burn incense upon it.sweet incense: In Hebrew, incense of spices ⁸ And when Aaron lights the lamps at sunset, he shall burn incense upon it, a perpetual incense before the LORD throughout your generations. ⁹ You shall offer no strange incense on it, nor burnt sacrifice, nor food offering; neither shall you pour drink offering on it. ¹⁰ And Aaron shall make an atonement upon the horns of it once in a year with the blood of the sin offering of atonements: Once in the year he shall make atonement upon it throughout your generations: It is most holy to the LORD."

⁶ And Moses said to Aaron, and to Eleazar and to Ithamar, his sons, Uncover not your heads, neither rend your clothes; lest you die, and lest wrath come on all the people: But let your brothers, the whole house of Israel, mourn the burning which the LORD has kindled.

³ Without the veil of the testimony, in the tabernacle of the congregation, shall Aaron order it from the evening to the morning before the LORD continually: It shall be a statute forever in your generations.

² speak to Aaron and say to him, When you light the lamps, the seven lamps shall give light in front of the candlestick.

⁴⁶ And Moses said to Aaron, "Take a censer, and put fire in it from off the altar, and put on incense, and go quickly to the congregation, and make an atonement for them: For there is wrath gone out from the LORD; the plague is begun.

¹⁹ And Shallum the son of Kore, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah, and his brothers, of the house of his father, the Korahites, were over the work of the service, keepers of the gates of the tabernacle: And their fathers, being over the host of the LORD, were keepers of the entry.

²³ So they and their children had the oversight of the gates of the house of the LORD, namely, the house of the tabernacle, by wards.

³³ And these are the singers, chief of the fathers of the Levites, who remaining in the chambers were free: For they were employed in that work day and night.

⁵ Thus were they divided by lot, one sort with another; for the governors of the sanctuary, and governors of the house of God, were of the sons of Eleazar, and of the sons of Ithamar.

¹⁵ Therefore thus says the LORD of hosts concerning the prophets; 'Behold, I will feed them with wormwood, and make them drink the water of gall: For from the prophets of Jerusalem has profaneness gone forth into all the land.' "

³ "My anger was kindled against the shepherds, and I punished the goats: For the LORD of hosts has visited His flock, the house of Judah, and has made them as His goodly horse in the battle.

¹⁸ This charge I commit to you, son Timothy, according to the prophecies previously spoken over you, that by them you might wage a good warfare;

¹⁵ But if I tarry long, I write that you may know how you yourselves ought to behave in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.

²¹ I charge you before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, and the elect angels, that you observe these things without preferring one before another, doing nothing by partiality.

²⁰ O Timothy, keep that which is committed to your trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science (falsely so called):

¹⁷ And behold, I, even I, am bringing a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, in which is the breath of life, from under heaven; and every thing that is in the earth shall die.

⁹ "And I, behold, I establish My covenant with you, and with your seed after you;

¹⁷ And I, behold, I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they shall follow them: And I will get Myself honor upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen.

⁶ And I, behold, I have given with him Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan: And in the hearts of all that are wise-hearted I have put wisdom, that they may make all that I have commanded you;

¹⁵ I, even I, have spoken; yes, I have called him: I have brought him, and he shall make his way prosperous.

¹² I, even I, am He who comforts you: Who are you, that you should be afraid of a man who shall die, and of the son of man who shall be made like grass;

¹¹ For thus says the Lord GOD; "Behold, I, even I, will both search My sheep, and seek them out.

²⁰ Therefore thus says the Lord GOD to them; "Behold, I, even I, will judge between the fat domestic beasts and between the lean domestic beasts.

⁹ And you shall gird them with girdles, Aaron and his sons, and put the bonnets on them: And the priest's office shall be theirs for a perpetual statute: And you shall consecrate Aaron and his sons.

² and the LORD said to Moses, "Speak to Aaron your brother, that he come not at all times into the holy place within the veil before the mercy seat, which is on the ark; that he die not: For I will appear in the cloud on the mercy seat.

¹² And he shall take a censer full of burning coals of fire from off the altar before the LORD, and his hands full of sweet incense beaten small, and bring it within the veil: ¹³ And he shall put the incense on the fire before the LORD, that the cloud of the incense may cover the mercy seat that is on the testimony, that he die not: ¹⁴ And he shall take of the blood of the bull, and sprinkle it with his finger on the mercy seat eastward; and before the mercy seat shall he sprinkle of the blood with his finger seven times.

³⁸ But those that encamp before the tabernacle toward the east, even before the tabernacle of the congregation eastward, shall be Moses, and Aaron and his sons, keeping the charge of the sanctuary for the charge of the children of Israel; and the stranger that comes near shall be put to death.

⁵ And he spoke to Korah and to all his company, saying, "Even tomorrow the LORD will show who are his, and who is holy; and will cause him to come near to him: Even him whom he has chosen will he cause to come near to him. ⁶ This do; Take you censers, Korah, and all his company; ⁷ and put fire in it, and put incense in them before the LORD tomorrow: And it shall be that the man whom the LORD does choose, he shall be holy: You take too much on you, you sons of Levi.

⁴ And they shall be joined to you, and keep the charge of the tabernacle of the congregation, for all the service of the tabernacle: And a stranger shall not come near to you. ⁵ And you shall keep the charge of the sanctuary, and the charge of the altar: That there be no wrath any more on the children of Israel.

²⁰ And the LORD spoke to Aaron, You shall have no inheritance in their land, neither shall you have any part among them: I am your part and your inheritance among the children of Israel.

²⁸ And did I choose him out of all the tribes of Israel to be My priest, to offer upon My altar, to burn incense, to wear an ephod before Me? And did I give to the house of your father all the offerings made by fire from the children of Israel?

²⁷ John answered and said, "A man can receive nothing, unless it is given to him from heaven.

¹⁵ Nevertheless, brethren, I have written more boldly to you in some respects, as a reminder to you, because of the grace that is given to me by God, ¹⁶ that I should be the minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering up of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Spirit.

⁸ To me, who am less than the least of all saints, this grace is given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;

⁴ And no man takes this honor to himself, but he that is called by God, as Aaron was.

³ And after the second veil, the tabernacle which is called the Holiest of all; ⁴ which had the golden censer, and the ark of the covenant overlaid on every side with gold, within which was the golden pot that had manna, Aaron's rod that budded, and the tablets of the covenant; ⁵ and over it the cherubims of glory shadowing the mercy-seat; of which we cannot now speak particularly. ⁶ Now when these things were thus ordained, the priests always went into the first tabernacle, accomplishing the service of God.

²¹ And you shall take of the blood that is upon the altar, and of the anointing oil, and sprinkle it upon Aaron, and upon his garments, and upon his sons, and upon the garments of his sons with him: And he shall be hallowed, and his garments, and his sons, and his sons' garments with him.

²⁹ And the holy garments of Aaron shall be his sons' after him, to be anointed in them, and to be consecrated in them.

¹³ And you shall put upon Aaron the holy garments, and anoint him, and sanctify him; that he may minister to Me in the priest's office.

¹⁵ And you shall anoint them, as you did anoint their father, that they may minister to Me in the priest's office: For their anointing shall surely be an everlasting priesthood throughout their generations."

¹⁶ And its remainder shall Aaron and his sons eat: With unleavened bread shall it be eaten in the holy place; in the court of the tabernacle of the congregation they shall eat it.

¹⁸ All the males among the children of Aaron shall eat of it. It shall be a statute forever in your generations concerning the offerings of the LORD made by fire: Everyone that touches them shall be holy.

²⁰ this is the offering of Aaron and of his sons, which they shall offer to the LORD in the day when he is anointed; the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a food offering perpetual, half of it in the morning, and half of it at night.

²⁶ The priest that offers it for sin shall eat it: In the holy place shall it be eaten, in the court of the tabernacle of the congregation.

⁶ Every male among the priests shall eat of it: It shall be eaten in the holy place: It is most holy.

³¹ And the priest shall burn the fat on the altar: But the breast shall be Aaron's and his sons'. ³² And the right shoulder shall you give to the priest for a heave offering of the sacrifices of your peace offerings. ³³ He among the sons of Aaron, that offers the blood of the peace offerings, and the fat, shall have the right shoulder for his part. ³⁴ For the wave breast and the heave shoulder have I taken of the children of Israel from off the sacrifices of their peace offerings, and have given them to Aaron the priest and to his sons by a statute forever from among the children of Israel. ³⁵ This is the portion of the anointing of Aaron, and of the anointing of his sons, out of the offerings of the LORD made by fire, in the day when he presented them to minister to the LORD in the priest's office;

³⁰ And Moses took of the anointing oil, and of the blood which was on the altar, and sprinkled it on Aaron, and on his garments, and on his sons, and on his sons' garments with him; and sanctified Aaron, and his garments, and his sons, and his sons' garments with him.

¹⁴ And the wave breast and heave shoulder shall you eat in a clean place; you, and your sons, and your daughters with you: For they be your due, and your sons' due, which are given out of the sacrifices of peace offerings of the children of Israel. ¹⁵ The heave shoulder and the wave breast shall they bring with the offerings made by fire of the fat, to wave it for a wave offering before the LORD; and it shall be yours, and your sons' with you, by a statute forever; as the LORD has commanded.

¹⁰ And he that is the high priest among his brothers, on whose head the anointing oil was poured, and that is consecrated to put on the garments, shall not uncover his head, nor rend his clothes;

⁹ This shall be your of the most holy things, reserved from the fire: Every oblation of theirs, every food offering of theirs, and every sin offering of theirs, and every trespass offering of theirs which they shall render to me, shall be most holy for you and for your sons.

⁶ And thither you shall bring your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, and your tithes, and heave offerings of your hand, and your vows, and your freewill offerings, and the firstborn of your herds and of your flocks:

¹¹ then there shall be a place which the LORD your God shall choose to cause his name to dwell there; thither shall you bring all that I command you; your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, your tithes, and the heave offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which you vow to the LORD:

¹³ then you shall say before the LORD your God, I have brought away the hallowed things out of my house, and also have given them to the Levite, and to the stranger, to the fatherless, and to the widow, according to all your commandments which you have commanded me: I have not transgressed your commandments, neither have I forgotten them.

²⁷ And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off your shoulder, and his yoke from off your neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.

⁹ You have loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even Your God, has anointed You with the oil of gladness above Your fellows."

²⁰ But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you know all things.

²⁷ But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that any man teach you: But as the same anointing teaches you about all things, and is truth, and is not a lie, and even as it has taught you, you shall abide in Him.

¹ And when any will offer a food offering to the LORD, his offering shall be of fine flour; and he shall pour oil on it, and put frankincense on it: ² And he shall bring it to Aaron's sons the priests: And he shall take out of there his handful of its flour, and of its oil, with all its frankincense; and the priest shall burn the memorial of it on the altar, to be an offering made by fire, of a sweet smell to the LORD: ³ And the remnant of the food offering shall be Aaron's and his sons': It is a most holy part of the offerings of the LORD made by fire.

²² When a ruler has sinned, and done somewhat through ignorance against any of the commandments of the LORD his God concerning things which should not be done, and is guilty;

²⁷ And if any one of the common people sin through ignorance, while he does somewhat against any of the commandments of the LORD concerning things which ought not to be done, and be guilty;

¹ And if a soul sin, and hear the voice of swearing, and is a witness, whether he has seen or known of it; if he do not utter it, then he shall bear his iniquity.

⁶ And he shall bring his trespass offering to the LORD for his sin which he has sinned, a female from the flock, a lamb or a kid of the goats, for a sin offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his sin.

²⁵ speak to Aaron and to his sons, saying, "This is the law of the sin offering: In the place where the burnt offering is killed shall the sin offering be killed before the LORD: It is most holy. ²⁶ The priest that offers it for sin shall eat it: In the holy place shall it be eaten, in the court of the tabernacle of the congregation.

¹ Likewise this is the law of the trespass offering: It is most holy.

⁷ As the sin offering is, so is the trespass offering: There is one law for them: The priest that makes atonement therewith shall have it.

¹² And Moses spoke to Aaron, and to Eleazar and to Ithamar, his sons that were left, Take the food offering that remains of the offerings of the LORD made by fire, and eat it without leaven beside the altar: For it is most holy: ¹³ And you shall eat it in the holy place, because it is your due, and your sons' due, of the sacrifices of the LORD made by fire: For so I am commanded.

¹⁷ why have you not eaten the sin offering in the holy place, seeing it is most holy, and God has given it you to bear the iniquity of the congregation, to make atonement for them before the LORD?

¹³ And he shall slay the lamb in the place where he shall kill the sin offering and the burnt offering, in the holy place: For as the sin offering is the priest's, so is the trespass offering: It is most holy:

³¹ And you shall take the ram of the consecration, and boil his flesh in the holy place. ³² And Aaron and his sons shall eat the flesh of the ram, and the bread that is in the basket by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

²⁹ All the males among the priests shall eat of it: It is most holy.

¹³ And you shall eat it in the holy place, because it is your due, and your sons' due, of the sacrifices of the LORD made by fire: For so I am commanded.

²² He shall eat the bread of his God, both of the most holy, and of the holy.

²⁷ And you shall sanctify the breast of the wave offering, and the shoulder of the heave offering, which is waved, and which is heaved up, of the ram of the consecration, even of that which is for Aaron, and of that which is for his sons: ²⁸ And it shall be Aaron's and his sons' by a statute forever from the children of Israel: For it is a heave offering: And it shall be a heave offering from the children of Israel of the sacrifice of their peace offerings, even their heave offering to the LORD.

¹⁴ And of it he shall offer one out of the whole oblation for a heave offering to the LORD, and it shall be the priest's that sprinkles the blood of the peace offerings.

³⁰ His own hands shall bring the offerings of the LORD made by fire, the fat with the breast, it shall he bring, that the breast may be waved for a wave offering before the LORD. ³¹ And the priest shall burn the fat on the altar: But the breast shall be Aaron's and his sons'. ³² And the right shoulder shall you give to the priest for a heave offering of the sacrifices of your peace offerings. ³³ He among the sons of Aaron, that offers the blood of the peace offerings, and the fat, shall have the right shoulder for his part. ³⁴ For the wave breast and the heave shoulder have I taken of the children of Israel from off the sacrifices of their peace offerings, and have given them to Aaron the priest and to his sons by a statute forever from among the children of Israel.

¹⁴ And the wave breast and heave shoulder shall you eat in a clean place; you, and your sons, and your daughters with you: For they be your due, and your sons' due, which are given out of the sacrifices of peace offerings of the children of Israel.

¹ And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, ² speak to Aaron and to his sons, that they separate themselves from the holy things of the children of Israel, and that they profane not My holy name in those things which they hallow to me: I am the LORD. ³ Say to them, 'Whoever he is of all your seed among your generations, that goes to the holy things, which the children of Israel hallow to the LORD, having his uncleanness upon him, that soul shall be cut off from My presence: I am the LORD. ⁴ What man soever of the seed of Aaron is a leper, or has a running issue; he shall not eat of the holy things, until he be clean. And whoever touches anything that is unclean by the dead, or a man whose seed goes from him; ⁵ or whoever touches any creeping thing, whereby he may be made unclean, or a man of whom he may take uncleanness, whatever uncleanness he has; ⁶ the soul which has touched any such shall be unclean until even, and shall not eat of the holy things, unless he wash his flesh with water. ⁷ And when the sun is down, he shall be clean, and shall afterward eat of the holy things; because it is his food. ⁸ That which dies of itself, or is torn with beasts, he shall not eat to defile himself therewith; I am the LORD. ⁹ They shall therefore keep my ordinance, lest they bear sin for it, and die therefore, if they profane it: I the LORD do sanctify them. ¹⁰ There shall no stranger eat of the holy thing: A sojourner of the priest, or a hired servant, shall not eat of the holy thing. ¹¹ But if the priest buy any soul with his money, he shall eat of it, and he that is born in his house: They shall eat of his meat. ¹² If the priest's daughter also be married to a stranger, she may not eat of an offering of the holy things. ¹³ But if the priest's daughter be a widow, or divorced, and have no child, and is returned to her father's house, as in her youth, she shall eat of her father's meat: But there shall be no stranger eat of it. ¹⁴ And if a man eat of the holy thing unwittingly, then he shall put the fifth part of it to it, and shall give it to the priest with the holy thing. ¹⁵ And they shall not profane the holy things of the children of Israel, which they offer to the LORD; ¹⁶ or suffer them to bear the iniquity of trespass, when they eat their holy things: For I the LORD do sanctify them.

⁸ And the LORD spoke to Aaron, Behold, I also have given you the charge of my heave offerings of all the hallowed things of the children of Israel; to you I have given them by reason of the anointing, and to your sons, by an ordinance forever.

³ And this shall be the priest's due from the people, from those that offer a sacrifice, whether it be ox or sheep; and they shall give to the priest the shoulder, and the two cheeks, and the maw.

²⁹ You shall not delay to offer the first of your ripe fruits, and of your liquors: You shall give the firstborn of your sons to Me.liquors: In Hebrew, tears

¹⁹ The first of the firstfruits of your land you shall bring into the house of the LORD your God. You shall not boil a kid goat in his mother's milk."

¹⁴ And if you offer a food offering of your firstfruits to the LORD, you shall offer for the food offering of your firstfruits green ears of grain dried by the fire, even grain beaten out of full ears.

¹⁷ You shall bring out of your habitations two wave loaves of two tenth deals; they shall be of fine flour; they shall be baked with leaven; they are the firstfruits to the LORD.

²⁰ And the priest shall wave them with the bread of the firstfruits for a wave offering before the LORD, with the two lambs: They shall be holy to the LORD for the priest.

¹⁹ then it shall be, that, when you eat of the bread of the land, you shall offer up a heave offering to the LORD. ²⁰ You shall offer up a cake of the first of your dough for a heave offering: As you do the heave offering of the threshing floor, so shall you heave it. ²¹ Of the first of your dough you shall give to the LORD a heave offering in your generations.

⁴ The first fruit also of your grain, of your wine, and of your oil, and the first of the fleece of your sheep, shall you give him.

² that you shall take of the first of all the fruit of the earth, which you shall bring of your land that the LORD your God gives you, and shall put it in a basket, and shall go to the place which the LORD your God shall choose to place his name there.

³⁵ And to bring the firstfruits of our ground, and the firstfruits of all fruit of all trees, year by year, to the house of the LORD: ³⁶ Also the firstborn of our sons, and of our domestic beasts, as it is written in the law, and the firstborn of our herds and of our flocks, to bring to the house of our God, to the priests that minister in the house of our God: ³⁷ And that we should bring the firstfruits of our dough, and our offerings, and the fruit of all manner of trees, of wine and of oil, to the priests, to the chambers of the house of our God; and the tithes of our ground to the Levites, that the same Levites might have the tithes in all the cities of our tillage.

² One basket had very good figs, even like the figs that are first ripe: And the other basket had very naughty figs, which could not be eaten, they were so bad.

¹⁰ I found Israel like grapes in the wilderness; I saw your fathers as the first ripe fruit in the fig tree at her first harvest-time: But they went to Baalpeor, and separated themselves to that shame; and their abominations were in accordance with that which they loved.

¹ Woe is me! For I am as when they have gathered the summer fruits, as the grape-gleanings of the vintage: There is no cluster to eat: My soul desired the first ripe fruit.

²⁸ Notwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man shall devote to the LORD of all that he has, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: Every devoted thing is most holy to the LORD.

²⁹ They shall eat the food offering, and the sin offering, and the trespass offering: And every dedicated thing in Israel shall be theirs.

² "Sanctify to Me all the firstborn, whatever opens the womb among the children of Israel, both of man and of beast: It is Mine."

¹² that you shall set apart to the LORD all that opens the womb, and every firstling that comes of a beast which you have; the males shall be the LORD's. ¹³ And every firstling of a donkey you shall redeem with a lamb; and if you will not redeem it, then you shall break his neck: And all the firstborn of man among your children you shall redeem.

²⁰ But the firstling of a donkey you shall redeem with a lamb: And if you do not redeem him, then you shall break his neck. All the firstborn of your sons you shall redeem. And none shall appear before Me empty.

²⁶ Only the firstling of the beasts, which should be the LORD's firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: It is the LORD's. ²⁷ And if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to your estimation, and shall add a fifth part of it thereto: Or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your estimation.

¹³ because all the firstborn are Mine; for on the day that I smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt I hallowed to Me all the firstborn in Israel, both man and beast: They shall be Mine: I am the LORD."

⁴⁶ And for those that are to be redeemed of the two hundred and three score and thirteen of the firstborn of the children of Israel, which are more than the Levites;

¹³ They shall give this, everyone that passes among those that are numbered, half a shekel after the shekel of the sanctuary: (a shekel is twenty gerahs): A half shekel shall be the offering of the LORD.half a shekel of Jewish money equated to 1/10'th of an ounce of silver, or 1 shilling and 1.688 pence UK money; per Easton's Illustrated Bible Dictionary, Appendix VI.

² speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for the LORD by your estimation. ³ And your estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even to sixty years old, even your estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary. ⁴ And if it be a female, then your estimation shall be thirty shekels. ⁵ And if it be from five years old even to twenty years old, then your estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels. ⁶ And if it be from a month old even to five years old, then your estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female your estimation shall be three shekels of silver. ⁷ And if it be from sixty years old and above; if it be a male, then your estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

²⁵ And all your estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: Twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

⁴⁷ you shall even take five shekels apiece by the poll, after the shekel of the sanctuary shall you take them: (the shekel is twenty gerahs):

¹² And the shekel shall be twenty gerahs: Twenty shekels, twenty-five shekels, fifteen shekels, shall be your maneh.

¹⁶ And you shall slay the ram, and you shall take his blood, and sprinkle it all around upon the altar.

² And he shall lay his hand upon the head of his offering, and kill it at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation: And Aaron's sons the priests shall sprinkle the blood on the altar all around. ³ And he shall offer of the sacrifice of the peace offering an offering made by fire to the LORD; the fat that covers the inwards, and all the fat that is on the inwards, ⁴ and the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, which is by the flanks, and the lobe above the liver, with the kidneys, it shall he take away. ⁵ And Aaron's sons shall burn it on the altar on the burnt sacrifice, which is on the wood that is on the fire: It is an offering made by fire, of a sweet smell to the LORD.

¹⁹ All the firstling males that come of your herd and of your flock you shall sanctify to the LORD your God: You shall do no work with the firstling of your bull, nor shear the firstling of your sheep. ²⁰ You shall eat it before the LORD your God year by year in the place which the LORD shall choose, you and your household. ²¹ And if there be any blemish in it, as if it be lame, or blind, or have any ill blemish, you shall not sacrifice it to the LORD your God. ²² You shall eat it within your gates: The unclean and the clean person shall eat it alike, as the roebuck, and as the hart.

²⁶ And you shall take the breast of the ram of Aaron's consecration, and wave it for a wave offering before the LORD: And it shall be your part.

¹³ And every oblation of your food offering shall you season with salt; neither shall you suffer the salt of the covenant of your God to be lacking from your food offering: With all your offerings you shall offer salt.

¹¹ And this is yours; the heave offering of their gift, with all the wave offerings of the children of Israel: I have given them to you, and to your sons and to your daughters with you, by a statute forever: Everyone that is clean in your house shall eat of it.

²⁹ Take it of their half, and give it to Eleazar the priest, for a heave offering of the LORD.

⁴¹ And Moses gave the tribute, which was the LORD's heave offering, to Eleazar the priest, as the LORD commanded Moses.

⁵ ought you not to know that the LORD God of Israel gave the kingdom over Israel to David forever, even to him and to his sons by a covenant of salt?

⁴ Moreover he commanded the people that dwelled in Jerusalem to give the portion of the priests and the Levites, that they might be encouraged in the law of the LORD.

²³ But the Levites shall do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation, and they shall bear their iniquity: It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations, that among the children of Israel they have no inheritance. ²⁴ But the tithes of the children of Israel, which they offer as a heave offering to the LORD, I have given to the Levites to inherit: Therefore I have said to them, "Among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance.

⁶² And those that were numbered of them were twenty and three thousand, all males from a month old and upward: For they were not numbered among the children of Israel, because there was no inheritance given them among the children of Israel.

⁹ Why Levi has no part nor inheritance with his brothers; the LORD is his inheritance, according to as the LORD your God promised him.

¹² And you shall rejoice before the LORD your God, you, and your sons, and your daughters, and your menservants, and your maidservants, and the Levite that is within your gates; for as much as he has no part nor inheritance with you.

²⁷ and the Levite that is within your gates; you shall not forsake him; for he has no part nor inheritance with you.

²⁹ And the Levite, (because he has no part nor inheritance with you), and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within your gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD your God may bless you in all the work of your hand which you do.

¹ The priests the Levites, and all the tribe of Levi, shall have no part nor inheritance with Israel: They shall eat the offerings of the LORD made by fire, and his inheritance. ² Therefore they shall have no inheritance among their brothers: The LORD is their inheritance, as He has said to them.

¹⁴ Only to the tribes of Levi he gave none inheritance; the sacrifices of the LORD God of Israel made by fire are their inheritance, as he said to them.

³³ But to the tribe of Levi Moses gave not any inheritance: The LORD God of Israel was their inheritance, as he said to them.

³ For Moses had given the inheritance of two tribes and a half tribe on the other side of the Jordan: But to the Levites he gave none inheritance among them.

⁷ But the Levites have no part among you; for the priesthood of the LORD is their inheritance: And Gad, and Reuben, and half the tribe of Manasseh, have received their inheritance beyond the Jordan on the east, which Moses the servant of the LORD gave them.

⁵ The LORD is the portion of my inheritance and of my cup: You maintain my lot.

²⁶ My flesh and my heart fails: But God is the strength of my heart, and my portion forever.

⁵ I cried out to You, O LORD: I said, "You are my refuge and my portion in the land of the living.

²⁴ "The LORD is my portion", said my soul; "therefore I will hope in Him."

²⁸ "And it shall be to them for an inheritance: I am their inheritance: And you shall give them no possession in Israel: I am their possession.

²¹ Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours; ²² whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are yours; ²³ and you are Christ's; and Christ is God's.

³ And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, "Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself shall be with them, and be their God.

²⁰ And blessed be the most high God, which has delivered your enemies into your hand. And he gave him tithes of all.

³⁰ And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD's: It is holy to the LORD. ³¹ And if a man will at all redeem ought of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part of it. ³² And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatever passes under the rod, the tenth shall be holy to the LORD. ³³ He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: And if he change it at all, then both it and its change shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.

⁷ And they shall keep his charge, and the charge of the whole congregation before the tabernacle of the congregation, to do the service of the tabernacle. ⁸ And they shall keep all the instruments of the tabernacle of the congregation, and the charge of the children of Israel, to do the service of the tabernacle.

⁶ And I, behold, I have taken your brothers the Levites from among the children of Israel: To you they are given as a gift for the LORD, to do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation.

²⁴ But the tithes of the children of Israel, which they offer as a heave offering to the LORD, I have given to the Levites to inherit: Therefore I have said to them, "Among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance. ²⁵ And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, ²⁶ thus speak to the Levites, and say to them, When you take of the children of Israel the tithes which I have given you from them for your inheritance, then you shall offer up a heave offering of it for the LORD, even a tenth part of the tithe.

¹⁷ You may not eat within your gates the tithe of your grain, or of your wine, or of your oil, or the firstborn of your herds or of your flock, nor any of your vows which you vow, nor your freewill offerings, or heave offering of your hand: ¹⁸ But you must eat them before the LORD your God in the place which the LORD your God shall choose, you, and your son, and your daughter, and your manservant, and your maidservant, and the Levite that is within your gates: And you shall rejoice before the LORD your God in all that you put your hands to. ¹⁹ Take heed to yourself that you forsake not the Levite as long as you live on the earth.

²² You shall truly tithe all the increase of your seed, that the field brings forth year by year. ²³ And you shall eat before the LORD your God, in the place which he shall choose to place his name there, the tithe of your grain, of your wine, and of your oil, and the firstborn of your herds and of your flocks; that you may learn to fear the LORD your God always. ²⁴ And if the way be too long for you, so that you are not able to carry it; or if the place be too far from you, which the LORD your God shall choose to set his name there, when the LORD your God has blessed you: ²⁵ Then you shall turn it into money, and bind up the money in your hand, and shall go to the place which the LORD your God shall choose: ²⁶ And you shall bestow that money for whatever your soul lusts after, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatever your soul desires: And you shall eat there before the LORD your God, and you shall rejoice, you, and your household, ²⁷ and the Levite that is within your gates; you shall not forsake him; for he has no part nor inheritance with you. ²⁸ At the end of three years you shall bring forth all the tithe of your increase the same year, and shall lay it up within your gates: ²⁹ And the Levite, (because he has no part nor inheritance with you), and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within your gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD your God may bless you in all the work of your hand which you do.

⁵ And as soon as the commandment came abroad, the children of Israel brought in abundance the firstfruits of grain, wine, and oil, and honey, and of all the increase of the field; and the tithe of all things brought they in abundantly. ⁶ And concerning the children of Israel and Judah, that dwelled in the cities of Judah, they also brought in the tithe of oxen and sheep, and the tithe of holy things which were consecrated to the LORD their God, and laid them by heaps.

¹² and brought in the offerings and the tithes and the dedicated things faithfully: Over which Cononiah the Levite was ruler, and Shimei his brother was the next.

²⁹ they joined to their brothers, their nobles, and entered into a curse, and into an oath, to walk in God's law, which was given by Moses the servant of God, and to observe and do all the commandments of the LORD our Lord, and his judgments and his statutes;

³⁷ And that we should bring the firstfruits of our dough, and our offerings, and the fruit of all manner of trees, of wine and of oil, to the priests, to the chambers of the house of our God; and the tithes of our ground to the Levites, that the same Levites might have the tithes in all the cities of our tillage.

⁴⁴ And at that time were some appointed over the chambers for the treasures, for the offerings, for the firstfruits, and for the tithes, to gather into them out of the fields of the cities the portions of the law for the priests and Levites: For Judah rejoiced for the priests and for the Levites that waited.

¹² Then brought all Judah the tithe of the grain and the new wine and the oil to the treasuries.

¹³ Do you not know that those who minister around holy things live from the things of the temple? And those who wait at the altar are partakers with the altar? ¹⁴ Even so the Lord has ordained that those who preach the gospel should live from the gospel.

⁶ Let him that is taught in the word communicate to him that teaches in all good things.

⁵ And truly those that are of the sons of Levi, who receive the office of the priesthood, have a commandment to take tithes from the people according to the law, that is, from their brethren, though they come out of the loins of Abraham:

²⁰ And if a man shall lie with his uncle's wife, he has uncovered his uncle's nakedness: They shall bear their sin; they shall die childless.

⁵¹ And when the tabernacle sets forward, the Levites shall take it down: And when the tabernacle is to be pitched, the Levites shall set it up: And the stranger that comes near shall be put to death. ⁵² And the children of Israel shall pitch their tents, every man by his own camp, and every man by his own standard, throughout their hosts.

⁷ And they shall keep his charge, and the charge of the whole congregation before the tabernacle of the congregation, to do the service of the tabernacle.

¹ And the LORD said to Aaron, "You and your sons and your father's house with you shall bear the iniquity of the sanctuary: And you and your sons with you shall bear the iniquity of your priesthood.

²⁶ thus speak to the Levites, and say to them, When you take of the children of Israel the tithes which I have given you from them for your inheritance, then you shall offer up a heave offering of it for the LORD, even a tenth part of the tithe.

⁸ Will a man rob God? Yet you all have robbed Me. But you all say, 'In what have we robbed You?' In tithes and offerings. ⁹ You all are cursed with a curse: For you all have robbed Me, even this whole nation. ¹⁰ Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, all of you, that there may be food in My house, and prove Me now with this", says the LORD of hosts, "if I will not open to you the windows of heaven, and pour out a blessing upon you, such that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

²¹ And behold, I have given the children of Levi all the tenth in Israel for an inheritance, for their service which they serve, even the service of the tabernacle of the congregation.

³⁸ And the priest the son of Aaron shall be with the Levites, when the Levites take tithes: And the Levites shall bring up the tithe of the tithes to the house of our God, to the chambers, into the treasure house.

¹⁹ And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, ²⁰ this is the offering of Aaron and of his sons, which they shall offer to the LORD in the day when he is anointed; the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a food offering perpetual, half of it in the morning, and half of it at night. ²¹ In a pan it shall be made with oil; and when it is baked, you shall bring it in: And the baked pieces of the food offering shall you offer for a sweet smell to the LORD. ²² And the priest of his sons that is anointed in his stead shall offer it: It is a statute forever to the LORD; it shall be wholly burnt. ²³ For every food offering for the priest shall be wholly burnt: It shall not be eaten.

²⁰ You shall offer up a cake of the first of your dough for a heave offering: As you do the heave offering of the threshing floor, so shall you heave it.

³⁰ Therefore you shall say to them, When you have heaved its best from it, then it shall be counted to the Levites as the increase of the threshing floor, and as the increase of the winepress.

¹⁴ You shall furnish him liberally out of your flock, and out of your floor, and out of your winepress: Of that with which the LORD your God has blessed you you shall give to him.

²⁷ And he said, "If the LORD do not help you, from where shall I help you? Out of the barn floor, or out of the winepress?

¹ O Israel, rejoice not for joy, as other people do: For you have gone a whoring from your God, you have loved a reward upon every grain floor. ² The floor and the winepress shall not feed them, and the new wine shall fail in her.

¹⁸ And Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine: And he was the priest of the most high God.

²⁰ where the forerunner has entered for us, even Jesus, made a High Priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.

¹¹ And their father Israel said to them, "If it must be so now, do this; take of the best fruits in the land in your vessels, and carry down the man a present, a little balm, and a little honey, spices, and myrrh, nuts, and almonds:

²⁷ And this your heave offering shall be reckoned to you, as though it were the grain of the threshing floor, and as the fullness of the winepress. ²⁸ Thus you also shall offer a heave offering to the LORD of all your tithes, which you receive of the children of Israel; and you shall give of it the LORD's heave offering to Aaron the priest.

⁵ And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might.

⁹ Honor the LORD with your substance, and with the firstfruits of all your increase: ¹⁰ So shall your barns be filled with plenty, and your presses shall burst out with new wine.

⁸ And if you all offer the blind for sacrifice, is it not evil? And if you all offer the lame and sick, is it not evil? Offer it now to your governor; will he be pleased with you, or accept your person?", says the LORD of hosts.

³³ But you, seek first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added to you.

³⁷ He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me: And he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. ³⁸ And he who does not take up his cross, and follow after Me, is not worthy of Me. ³⁹ He who finds his life shall lose it: And he who loses his life for My sake shall find it.

⁸ Yes without doubt, and I count all things as loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: For whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as dung, that I may win Christ, ⁹ and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

²² You shall truly tithe all the increase of your seed, that the field brings forth year by year. ²³ And you shall eat before the LORD your God, in the place which he shall choose to place his name there, the tithe of your grain, of your wine, and of your oil, and the firstborn of your herds and of your flocks; that you may learn to fear the LORD your God always.

¹⁰ nor bag for your journey, nor two coats, neither shoes, nor even walking staffs: For the workman is worthy of his food.

⁷ And remain in the same house, eating and drinking such things as they give: For the laborer is worthy of his wages. Do not go from house to house.

¹⁰ Or does He say it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: That he that plows should plow in hope; and he that threshes in hope should be a partaker of his hope. ¹¹ If we have sown to you spiritual things, is it a great thing if we shall reap your carnal things? ¹² If others are partakers of this power over you, are not we for better reason? Nevertheless we have not used this power; but suffer all things, lest we hinder the gospel of Christ.

¹³ For what is it in which you were inferior to other churches, except it was that I myself was not burdensome to you? Forgive me this wrong.

¹⁷ Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in the word and doctrine. ¹⁸ For the scripture says, "You shall not muzzle the ox that treads out the grain kernels"; and, "The laborer is worthy of his reward."

⁸ Therefore everyone that eats it shall bear his iniquity, because he has profaned the hallowed thing of the LORD: And that soul shall be cut off from among his people.

² speak to Aaron and to his sons, that they separate themselves from the holy things of the children of Israel, and that they profane not My holy name in those things which they hallow to me: I am the LORD.

²² Neither must the children of Israel from now on come near the tabernacle of the congregation, lest they bear sin, and die.

⁷ You all offer polluted bread upon My altar; and you all say, 'In what have we polluted You?' In that you all say, 'The table of the LORD is contemptible.'

²⁷ Therefore whoever eats this bread, and drinks this cup of the Lord unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.

²⁹ For he that eats and drinks unworthily, eats and drinks damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body.
