But all the more they cried, "Sir, have pity on us, Son of David!" 32 Jesus stopped and called them and said, "What do you want me to do for you?" 33 They said, "We want our eyes opened." 34 Jesus had compassion on them and touched their eyes, and at once they regained sight and followed him.

Mark 10:46-52

46 They came to Jericho. As Jesus was leaving Jericho with his disciples and a large crowd, Bartimaeus (the son of Timaeus), a blind beggar, was sitting by the roadside. 47 When he heard that it was Jesus the Nazarene, he began to cry out and say, "Son of David, Jesus, pity me!" 48 TEXT OMITTED 49 Jesus stopped and said, "Call him."
