¹ Therefore, being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:

¹⁴ Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men with whom he is pleased.

⁵ And into whatever house you enter, first say, Peace be to this house. ⁶ And if a son of peace is there, your peace shall rest upon him: if not, it shall turn to you.

³⁸ Saying, Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest.

⁴² Saying, If you, even you, had only known on this day, the things which make for peace! but now they are hidden from your eyes.

¹⁶ For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. ¹⁷ For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world might be saved through him. ¹⁸ He who believes in him is not condemned: but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

²⁴ Truly, truly, I say to you, He who hears my word, and believes him who sent me, has eternal life, and shall not come into judgment; but has passed from death into life.

²⁷ Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you: not as the world gives, do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

³³ These things I have spoken to you, that in me you might have peace. In the world you shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

³¹ But these are written, that you might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing you might have life through his name.

³⁶ The word which God sent to the sons of Israel, preaching peace through Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:)

³⁸ Therefore, let it be known to you, brethren, that through this man the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you: ³⁹ And by him all who believe are justified from all the things from which you could not be justified by the law of Moses.

⁷ To all who are in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

¹⁷ For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

²² This is the righteousness of God which is by faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe: for there is no difference:

²⁶ To declare at this present time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus. ²⁷ Where then is boasting? It is excluded. By what law? of works? No: but by the law of faith. ²⁸ Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith apart from the law.

³⁰ Since God is one, and he shall justify the circumcised by faith, and the uncircumcised through faith.

⁵ But to the one who does not work, but believes in him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is counted as righteousness.

²⁴ But also for us. It shall be credited to those of us who believe in him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead. ²⁵ He was delivered to death for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.

⁹ Having been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from the wrath of God through him. ¹⁰ For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, how much more, having being reconciled, shall we shall be saved by his life.

¹⁸ Therefore, as the offence of one brought judgment upon all men, resulting in condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one came justification that brings life for all men.

²³ For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.

³⁰ What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, who did not follow after righteousness, have attained righteousness, the righteousness which is by faith;

¹⁰ For with the heart man believes and is made righteous; and with the mouth confesses and is saved.

¹⁵ And how shall they preach, unless they are sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of those who bring glad tidings of good things!

¹⁷ For the kingdom of God is not food and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.

¹³ Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Spirit.

³³ The God of peace be with you all. Amen.

¹⁸ And all these things are from God, who has reconciled us to himself through Jesus Christ, and has given to us the ministry of reconciliation; ¹⁹ That is, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, not counting men's sins against them; and he has committed to us the word of reconciliation. ²⁰ Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as if God were making his appeal through us: we beg you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God.

¹⁶ Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by faith in Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

¹¹ But it is evident that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, for: The just shall live by faith. ¹² But the law does not rest on faith: rather, The man who does these things shall live by them. ¹³ Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having been made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one who hangs on a tree. ¹⁴ He redeemed us so that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

²⁵ But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor.

⁴ You who would be justified by the law, you have been alienated from Christ; you have fallen from grace. ⁵ For we through the Spirit, by faith, wait for the hope of righteousness. ⁶ For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything; but faith which works through love.

⁷ That in the ages to come he might show the incomparable riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

¹⁴ For he is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the wall of hostility between us; ¹⁵ Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, the law of commandments and ordinances; to create in himself one new man in place of two, thus making peace; ¹⁶ And that he might reconcile both to God, in one body, through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity. ¹⁷ And he came and preached peace to you who were far off, and to those who were near.

⁹ And be found in him, not having my own righteousness, based on the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith:

²⁰ And through him to reconcile all things to himself, whether things on earth, or things in heaven; having made peace through the blood of his cross.

¹⁵ And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to this; and be thankful.

²³ Now may the God of peace himself sanctify you wholly; and may your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

¹⁶ Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace always in all ways. The Lord be with you all.

²⁰ Now may the God of peace, who brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the eternal covenant,

²³ And the scripture was fulfilled which says, Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. ²⁴ You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only. ²⁵ And in the same way was not Rahab the prostitute justified by works, when she received the messengers, and had sent them out another way? ²⁶ For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead.
