Romans 10:21 Cross References - RKJNT

21 But to Israel he says, All day long I have stretched forth my hands to a disobedient and obstinate people.

Matthew 20:1-15

1 For the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner, who went out early in the morning to hire labourers to work in his vineyard. 2 And when he had agreed with the labourers for a denarius a day, he sent them into his vineyard. 3 And he went out about the third hour, and saw others standing idle in the marketplace, 4 And said to them; Go also into the vineyard, and whatever is right I will give you. And they went. 5 Again he went out about the sixth and ninth hour, and did likewise. 6 And about the eleventh hour he went out, and found others standing, and said to them, Why are you standing here idle all the day? 7 They said to him, Because no man has hired us. He said to them, Go also into the vineyard. 8 So when evening had come, the lord of the vineyard said to his steward, Call the labourers, and give them their wages, beginning with the last to the first. 9 And when those who were hired about the eleventh hour came, every man received a denarius. 10 But when the first came, they supposed that they would receive more; but each of them likewise received a denarius. 11 And when they had received it, they grumbled against the landowner, 12 Saying, These last have worked but one hour, and you have made them equal to us, who have borne the burden and heat of the day. 13 But he answered one of them, and said, Friend, I do you no wrong: did you not agree with me for a denarius? 14 Take what is yours, and go your way: I wish to give to this last man, just as to you. 15 Is it not lawful for me to do what I wish with what is my own? Is your eye envious, because I am good?

Matthew 21:33-43

33 Hear another parable: There was a certain landowner, who planted a vineyard, and put a hedge around it, and dug a winepress in it, and built a tower, and let it out to farmers, and went to a far country: 34 And when the time of the fruit drew near, he sent his servants to the tenants, that they might collect his fruit. 35 And the tenants took his servants, and beat one, and killed another, and stoned another. 36 Again, he sent other servants, more than the first: and they did the same to them. 37 But last of all he sent to them his son, saying, They will respect my son. 38 But when the tenants saw the son, they said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and let us seize his inheritance. 39 And they took him, and cast him out of the vineyard, and killed him. 40 Therefore, when the owner of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those tenants? 41 They said to him, He will miserably destroy those wicked men, and will let out his vineyard to other tenants, who shall give him the fruits in their seasons. 42 Jesus said to them, Did you never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same has become the cornerstone: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes? 43 Therefore I say to you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation which will bring forth its fruit.

Matthew 22:3-7

3 And sent forth his servants to call those who were invited to the marriage feast: but they would not come. 4 Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell those who are invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fat calves have been killed, and all things are ready: come to the marriage feast. 5 But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his business: 6 And the rest took his servants, and treated them spitefully, and killed them. 7 The king was angry, and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned their city.

Matthew 23:34-37

34 Therefore, behold, I send to you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them you shall kill and crucify; and some of them you shall scourge in your synagogues, and persecute from city to city: 35 That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel to the blood of Zechariah, son of Berachiah, whom you killed between the temple and the altar. 36 Truly I say to you, All these things shall come upon this generation. 37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets, and stone those who are sent to you, how often would I have gathered your children together, even as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you would not let me!

Luke 24:47

47 And that repentance for forgiveness of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

Acts 7:51-52

51 You stiffnecked people, uncircumcised in heart and ears, you always resist the Holy Spirit: as your fathers did, so you do. 52 Which of the prophets did your fathers not persecute? and they killed those who told beforehand of the coming of the Righteous One; whom you have now betrayed and murdered:

Acts 13:46-47

46 Then Paul and Barnabas grew bold, and said, It was necessary that the word of God should have first been spoken to you: but seeing that you thrust it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles. 47 For so the Lord has commanded us, saying, I have set you to be a light for the Gentiles, that you should bring salvation to the ends of the earth.

1 Thessalonians 2:16

16 By hindering us from speaking to the Gentiles that they might be saved, thus always filling up their sins to the limit: but wrath has come upon them at last.

1 Peter 2:8

8 And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence; they stumble at the word, being disobedient: as they were appointed to do.
