⁴⁷ And that repentance for forgiveness of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

² And saying, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

¹⁰ When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to those who followed, Truly I say to you, I have not found such great faith, no, not even in Israel. ¹¹ And I say to you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall recline at table with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.

¹³ But go and learn what this means, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.

⁵ These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Do not go among the Gentiles, and do not enter into any city of the Samaritans: ⁶ But rather go to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

¹⁹ Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit:

³⁴ O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which kills the prophets, and stones those who are sent to you; how often would I have gathered your children together, as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, and you would not allow it!

³⁸ Then Peter said to them, Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

¹⁹ Therefore repent, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord;

²⁵ You are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with your fathers, saying to Abraham, And in your seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed. ²⁶ God, having raised up his servant, sent him first to bless you, by turning every one of you away from your iniquities.

¹² And there is salvation in no one else: for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved.

³¹ God has exalted him with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.

⁴³ To him all the prophets bear witness that through his name whoever believes in him shall receive forgiveness of sins.

⁴⁶ For they heard them speaking with tongues, and magnifying God. Then Peter said, ⁴⁷ Can anyone forbid water for these to be baptized, who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have? ⁴⁸ And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then they asked him to remain for a few days.

¹⁸ When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then God has also granted to the Gentiles the repentance that leads to life.

³⁸ Therefore, let it be known to you, brethren, that through this man the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you: ³⁹ And by him all who believe are justified from all the things from which you could not be justified by the law of Moses.

⁴⁶ Then Paul and Barnabas grew bold, and said, It was necessary that the word of God should have first been spoken to you: but seeing that you thrust it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles.

³⁰ Those times of ignorance God overlooked; but now he commands all men everywhere to repent: ³¹ Because he has appointed a day in which he will judge the world in righteousness, by a man whom he has ordained; and he has given assurance of this to all men by raising him from the dead.

⁵ And when Silas and Timothy had come from Macedonia, Paul devoted himself to preaching, and testified to the Jews that Jesus was the Christ. ⁶ And when they opposed and reviled him, he shook out his clothing, and said to them, May your blood be upon your own heads; I am clean: henceforth I will go to the Gentiles.

²¹ Testifying both to the Jews, and to the Greeks, of repentance toward God, and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.

¹⁸ To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and an inheritance along with those who are sanctified by faith in me.

²⁰ But declared first to those of Damascus, then at Jerusalem, and throughout all the regions of Judaea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, and perform deeds worthy of repentance.

²⁸ Therefore let it be known to you, that the salvation of God has been sent to the Gentiles, and they will hear it.

²⁰ The law entered, that offences might increase. But where sin increased, grace increased all the more:

¹² For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord is Lord over all, bestowing his riches on all who call upon him. ¹³ For whoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. ¹⁴ But how shall they call upon him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? ¹⁵ And how shall they preach, unless they are sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of those who bring glad tidings of good things! ¹⁶ But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, Lord, who has believed our report? ¹⁷ So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ. ¹⁸ But I say, Have they not heard? Yes truly, for: Their voice went into all the earth, and their words to the ends of the world.

²⁶ And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Zion the Deliverer, who shall banish ungodliness from Jacob: ²⁷ For this is my covenant with them, when I shall take away their sins.

⁸ Now I say that Christ became a minister to the circumcised for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made to the fathers: ⁹ And that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy; as it is written, For this cause I will praise you among the Gentiles, and sing to your name. ¹⁰ And again he says, Rejoice, you Gentiles, with his people. ¹¹ And again, Praise the Lord, all you Gentiles; and praise him, all you people. ¹² And again, Isaiah says, The root of Jesse shall come, and he shall rise to reign over the Gentiles; in him shall the Gentiles hope. ¹³ Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Spirit. ¹⁴ And I myself am also convinced about you, my brethren, that you are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, and able also to admonish one another. ¹⁵ Nevertheless, brethren, I have written more boldly to you on some points, as a reminder, because of the grace given to me by God, ¹⁶ That I should be a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles, in the priestly service of the gospel of God, that the offering of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Spirit.

⁶ To the praise of his glorious grace, which he freely bestowed upon us in the beloved.

⁸ To me, though I am the very least of all the saints, was this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;

²⁷ To whom God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the riches of the glory of this mystery; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.

¹² I write to you, little children, because your sins are forgiven for his name's sake.
