³¹ And if anyone asks you, Why are you untying it? you shall say, Because the Lord has need of it.

² Saying to them, Go into the village opposite you, and immediately you shall find a donkey tied, and a colt with her: loose them, and bring them to me. ³ And if any man says anything to you, you shall say, The Lord has need of them; and immediately he will send them.

³ And if any man says to you, What are you doing? say that the Lord has need of it; and will send it back immediately. ⁴ And they went their way, and found the colt tied outside in the street by a door; and they untied it. ⁵ And some of those who stood there said to them, What are you doing, untying the colt? ⁶ And they said to them what Jesus had commanded: and they let them go.
