⁷ My heart is steadfast O God. Yes my heart is steadfast. I will sing, yes, I will sing and make melody.

⁴ I went to Jehovah for help. He answered me and rescued me from all my fears.

I will sing and give praise with my entire being. ² Awake, lute and harp for I will awake early. ³ I will praise you, O Jehovah, among the people. ⁷ He is not afraid of bad news. His heart remains secure, full of confidence in Jehovah.

¹⁵ Therefore in the east give glory to Jehovah. Exalt the name of Jehovah the God of Israel, in the islands of the sea.

³ Not only that, but we also rejoice in our tribulations knowing that tribulation produces endurance.
