²⁰ Jehovah rewarded me because of my righteousness, because my hands are clean. He paid me back.

⁸ Jehovah judges the peoples. Judge me Jehovah according to my righteousness and according to the integrity that is in me.

³ O Jehovah my God, if I have done this, if there is wrong in my hands,

²⁴ Jehovah paid me back because of my righteousness. He can see that my hands are clean.

⁶ I will wash my hands in innocence. I will walk around your altar, O Jehovah.

⁴ He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up (turned) to falsehood and has not sworn deceitfully.

¹¹ Men will say: Truly there is a reward for the righteous. Truly there is a God who judges the earth.

¹⁸ The wicked works a deceitful work. There is a sure reward for the one who sows righteousness.

⁴ I said: »I have toiled in vain. I have spent my energy for nothing and vanity. Yet, to be sure, the justice due to me is with Jehovah. My reward is with my God.«

¹¹ Jehovah has announced to the ends of the earth: »Tell my people, Zion, your salvation is coming. His reward for us and recompense are with him.’«

⁴ »Your giving will be in secret and your Father who sees in secret will reward you.

⁸ Now he who plants and he who waters are one [in purpose] and every man will receive his own reward according to his own labor.

²⁶ Such a high priest as this was suitable for us. He is holy, harmless, undefiled, separated from sinners, and higher than the heavens.
