The words I say to you are not from me, but the Father dwells with me and does his works. 11 »Believe me that I am with the Father and the Father is with me, or else believe me because of the works. 12 »Truly I tell you, he who exerts active faith in me will do the works that I do. In fact he will do greater works than these. I go to the Father. 13 »Whatever you ask in my name, I will do. That way the Father may be glorified because of the Son. 14 »If you ask anything in my name, I will do it. 15 »If you love me, you will keep (obey) my commandments! 16 »I will pray to the Father, and he will give you another helper, that he [the Father] may be with you forever. 17 »It is the Spirit of the truth. The world cannot receive it. The world does not see or know it. You know it because it lives with you and will be with you.

John 14:31

31 »The world must know that I love the Father. And I obey the Father’s commandments. Get up and let us leave here.«

John 18:26

26 One of the servants of the high priest, being a relative of him whose ear Peter cut off, said: »Did I see you in the garden with him?«
