Isaiah 16:8

8 The fields of Heshbon and the vines of Sibmah wither. The rulers of the nations have trampled down the choicest vines, which once reached Jazer and spread toward the desert. Their shoots spread out and went as far as the sea.

Isaiah 16:10

10 Joy and gladness are taken away from the orchards. No one sings or shouts in the vineyards! No one treads out wine at the presses, for I have put an end to the shouting.

9 Rise up, you women who are at ease. Joel 1:10-12

10 »The field is laid waste, the land mourns. The grain is destroyed, the new wine dried up, the oil fails. 11 »Be ashamed you farmers. Cry you vinedressers. The wheat, the barley and the harvest of the field have perished. 12 »The vine and the fig tree fail. The pomegranate-tree, the palm-tree also, and the apple-tree, even all the trees of the field have dried up. Joy has withered away from the sons of men.
