¹³ I will come into your temple with burnt offerings. I will pay my vows to you,

¹¹ then it shall happen that to the place which the LORD your God shall choose, to cause his name to dwell there, there you shall bring all that I command you: your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, your tithes, and the wave offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which you vow to your God. ¹² You shall rejoice before the LORD your God, you, and your sons, and your daughters, and your male servants, and your female servants, and the Levite who is within your gates, because he has no portion nor inheritance with you.

²⁵ Of you comes my praise in the great assembly. I will pay my vows before those who fear him.

¹⁸ Do well in your good pleasure to Zion. Build the walls of Jerusalem. ¹⁹ Then you will delight in the sacrifices of righteousness, in burnt offerings and in whole burnt offerings. Then they will offer bulls on your altar.

¹² Your vows are on me, God. I will give thank offerings to you.

⁴ Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him, and bless his name.

¹⁴ I will pay my vows to the LORD, yes, in the presence of all his people.

¹⁷ I will offer to you the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call on the name of the LORD. ¹⁸ I will pay my vows to the LORD, yes, in the presence of all his people, ¹⁹ in the courts of the LORD's house, in the midst of you, Jerusalem. Praise the LORD.

¹⁹ Open to me the gates of righteousness. I will enter into them and praise the LORD.

²⁷ The LORD is God, and he has given us light. Bind the sacrifice with cords, even to the horns of the altar.

⁴ When you vow a vow to God, do not defer to pay it; for he has no pleasure in fools. Pay that which you vow.

⁹ But I will sacrifice to you with the voice of thanksgiving. I will pay that which I have vowed. Salvation belongs to the LORD."

¹⁵ Look, on the mountains the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace. Keep your feasts, Judah. Perform your vows, for the wicked one will no more pass through you. He is utterly cut off.

¹⁵ Through him, then, let us offer up a sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of lips that confess his name.
