¹⁵ Blessed are you by the LORD, who made heaven and earth.

⁵ Blessed is the one who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God, ⁶ who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them; who keeps truth forever;

²⁸ And now, haven't you known? Haven't you heard? The everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the farthest parts of the earth, doesn't faint. He isn't weary. His understanding is unsearchable. ²⁹ He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might.

¹³ For I, the LORD your God, will hold your right hand, saying to you, 'Do not be afraid. I will help you.'

¹¹ But the LORD is with me as an awesome mighty one: therefore my persecutors shall stumble, and they shall not prevail; they shall be utterly disappointed, because they have not dealt wisely, even with an everlasting dishonor which shall never be forgotten.

⁹ You are destroyed, Israel, because you are against me, against your help.

⁶ So we can confidently say, "The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can humans do to me?"
