²⁹ So is he who goes in to his neighbor's wife. Whoever touches her will not be unpunished.

¹⁸ Pharaoh summoned Abram and said, "What is this that you have done to me? Why did you not tell me that she was your wife? ¹⁹ Why did you say, 'She is my sister,' so that I took her to be my wife? Now therefore, look, your wife is before you. Take, and go."

Therefore I did not allow you to touch her. ⁷ Now therefore, restore the man's wife. For he is a prophet, and he will pray for you, and you will live. If you do not restore her, know for sure that you will die, you, and all who are yours."

¹⁰ Abimelech said, "What is this you have done to us? One of the people might easily have slept with your wife, and you would have brought guilt on us." ¹¹ Abimelech commanded all the people, saying, "He who touches this man or his wife will surely be put to death."
