²⁸ Thomas answered and said to him, "My Lord and my God."

⁶ Your throne, God, is forever and ever. A scepter of equity is the scepter of your kingdom.

¹¹ So the king will desire your beauty, honor him, for he is your lord.

²⁴ I said, "My God, do not take me away in the midst of my days. Your years are throughout all generations. ²⁵ In the beginning, LORD, you established the foundation of the earth. The heavens are the works of your hands. ²⁶ They will perish, but you remain; and they will all wear out like a garment. You will change them like a cloak, and they will be changed. ²⁷ But you are the same. Your years will have no end. ²⁸ The children of your servants will continue, and their descendants will be established before you."

²⁴ This is the day that the LORD has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it. ²⁵ Save us now, we beg you, LORD. LORD, we beg you, send prosperity now. ²⁶ Blessed is he who comes in the name of the LORD. We have blessed you out of the house of the LORD. ²⁷ The LORD is God, and he has given us light. Bind the sacrifice with cords, even to the horns of the altar. ²⁸ You are my God, and I will give thanks to you. You are my God, I will exalt you.

¹⁴ Therefore the LORD himself will give you a sign. Look, the virgin will conceive, and bear a son, and they will call his name Immanuel.

⁶ For to us a child is born. To us a son is given; and the government will be on his shoulders, and his name is called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

⁹ It shall be said in that day, "Look, this is our God. We have waited for him, and he will save us. This is the LORD. We have waited for him. We will be glad and rejoice in his salvation."

⁹ You who tell good news to Zion, go up on a high mountain. You who tell good news to Jerusalem, lift up your voice with strength. Lift it up. Do not be afraid. Say to the cities of Judah, "Look, your God." ¹⁰ Look, the LORD will come as a mighty one, and his arm will rule for him. Look, his reward is with him, and his recompense before him. ¹¹ He will feed his flock like a shepherd. He will gather the lambs in his arm, and carry them in his bosom. He will gently lead those who have their young.

⁵ "Look, the days come," says the LORD, "that I will raise to David a righteous Branch, and he shall reign as king and deal wisely, and shall execute justice and righteousness in the land. ⁶ In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely; and this is his name by which he shall be called: 'The LORD our righteousness.'

¹ "Look, I send my messenger, and he will prepare the way before me; and the Lord, whom you seek, will suddenly come to his temple; and the messenger of the covenant, whom you desire, look, he comes." says the LORD of hosts.

³³ Those who were in the boat worshiped him, saying, "You are truly the Son of God."

⁵² They worshiped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy,

³¹ but these are written, that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in his name.

⁵⁹ They stoned Stephen as he called out, saying, "Lord Jesus, receive my spirit." ⁶⁰ He kneeled down, and shouted out, "Lord, do not hold this sin against them." When he had said this, he fell asleep.

¹⁶ Without controversy, the mystery of godliness is great: He was revealed in the flesh, justified by the Spirit, seen by angels, preached among the nations, believed on in the world, and received up in glory.

⁹ They sang a new song, saying, "You are worthy to take the scroll, and to open its seals: for you were killed, and redeemed for God with your blood those from every tribe, language, people, and nation, ¹⁰ and made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they will reign on earth." ¹¹ I saw, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne, the living creatures, and the elders; and the number of them was ten thousands of ten thousands, and thousands of thousands; ¹² saying with a loud voice, "Worthy is the Lamb who has been killed to receive the power, wealth, wisdom, strength, honor, glory, and blessing." ¹³ I heard every created thing which is in heaven, on the earth, under the earth, on the sea, and everything in them, saying, "To him who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb be the blessing, the honor, the glory, and the dominion, forever and ever." ¹⁴ The four living creatures were saying, "Amen." The elders fell down and worshiped.
