³⁴ Pharaoh should do this, and should appoint overseers over the land, and they should take a fifth of all the produce of the land of Egypt during the seven years of abundance.

²⁵ Then they said, "You have saved our lives. Let us find favor in the sight of my lord, and we will be Pharaohʼs slaves."

³² All the tithe of the herds or the flocks, whatever passes under the rod, the tenth shall be holy to the LORD.
