³² And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.

I forgave you all that debt, because you begged me. ³³ Should you not also have had mercy on your fellow servant, even as I had mercy on you?' ³⁴ His lord was angry, and delivered him to the tormentors, until he should pay all that was due. ³⁵ So my heavenly Father will also do to you, if you do not each forgive your brother his trespasses from your heart."

²⁵ Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone; so that your Father, who is in heaven, may also forgive you your wrongdoing.

⁷⁸ because of the tender mercy of our God, whereby the dawn from on high will visit us,

³⁵ But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing back; and your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High; for he is kind toward the unthankful and evil.

³⁷ Do not judge, and you won't be judged. Do not condemn, and you won't be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.

⁴ Forgive us our sins, for we ourselves also forgive everyone who is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.'"

⁴ And if he sins against you seven times in the day, and seven times returns to you, saying, 'I repent,' you must forgive him."

¹⁰ In love of the brothers be tenderly affectionate one to another; outdo one another in showing honor;

²⁰ Therefore "If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for by doing this you will heap coals of fire on his head." ²¹ Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

⁴ Love is patient and is kind; love does not envy. Love does not brag, is not proud,

⁷ so that on the contrary you should rather forgive him and comfort him, lest by any means such a one should be swallowed up with his excessive sorrow.

¹⁰ Now I also forgive whomever you forgive anything. For if indeed I have forgiven anything, I have forgiven that one for your sakes in the presence of Christ,

⁶ in pureness, in knowledge, in patience, in kindness, in the Holy Spirit, in sincere love,

¹ Be therefore imitators of God, as beloved children.

¹² Put on therefore, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, gentleness, humility, and patience; ¹³ bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as the Lord forgave you, so you also do.

¹¹ Look, we call them blessed who endured. You have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the Lord in the outcome, and how the Lord is full of compassion and mercy.

⁸ Finally, be all like-minded, compassionate, loving as brothers, tenderhearted, humble, ⁹ not rendering evil for evil, or reviling for reviling; but instead blessing; because to this were you called, that you may inherit a blessing.

⁷ and in godliness brotherly affection; and in brotherly affection, love.

⁹ If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

¹² I write to you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name's sake.
