Is he off to the Dispersion among the Greeks, to teach the Greeks? 36 What does he mean by saying, 'You will search for me but you will not find me, and where I go, you cannot come'?"

John 8:21-24

21 Then he said to them again, "I go away, and you will search for me, but you will die in your sin; where I go, you cannot come." 22 So the Jews said, "Will he kill himself? Is that why he says, 'Where I go, you cannot come'?" 23 He said to them, "You are from the world below, I am from the world above: you belong to this world, I do not belong to this world. 24 So I told you, you would die in your sins; for unless you believe who I am, you will die in your sins."
