¹⁵ Lykewyse as much as in me is. I am redy to preache the Gospel to you of Rome also.

¹⁸ But the Lorde GOD sayde vnto Dauid my father: in that it was in thyne herte to buylde an house for my name, thou dyddest well, that thou wast so mynded.

⁸ After thys I heard the voyce of the Lord takyng aduysement on thys maner: Whome shall I sende, & who wylbe oure messenger? Then I sayde: here am I, sende me.

³⁸ Wherfore pray the Lord of the haruest to send forth labourers into his haruest.

⁸ She hath done that she coulde: she came afore hande to anoynte my body to hys buryenge warde.

³⁴ Iesus saied to them: my meate is to do the wil of him that sent me. And to fynishe his workes.

¹³ Then Paul aunswered and sayd: what do ye wepynge and breakyng myne hert? I am ready not to be bound onelye: but also to dye at Hierusalem for the name of the Lorde Iesus.

¹⁸ If it be possyble, how be it of your part, haue peace with all men.

²⁰ So haue I enforced my selfe to preache the Gospell, not where Christe was named, leste I shoulde haue buylt on another mannes foundacyon:

¹⁷ Yf I do it wyth a good wil, I haue a rewarde. But yf I do it against my wyl, an offyce is committed vnto me.

¹² For yf there be fyrste a wyllynge mynde, it is accepted accordyng to that a man hath, and not accordynge to that he hath not.

¹⁵ and we boste not oure selues out of measure in other mens labours. Yea, and we hope, when your fayth is increased amonge you, to be magnifyed accordynge to oure measure more largelye, ¹⁶ and to preache the Gospell in those regyons, whiche are beyonde you: and not to reioyce of that whiche is by another mans measure prepared already.
