¹⁴ Blessed are they that do his commaundementes that theyr power maye be in the tree of lyfe, & maye enter in thorowe the gates into the cite.

³ Blessed are they that allwaye kepe iudgement, and do ryghtuousnes. ⁴ Remember vs, O Lorde, accordynge to the fauour that thou bearest vnto thy people O vyset vs wyth thy sauynge health. ⁵ That we myght se the pleasure of thy chosen, that we myght reioyse in the gladnesse of thy people, and geue thanckes with thine enherytaunce.

¹ Prayse the euerlastynge. Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord, and hath great delite in hys commaundementes.

¹ Aleph. Blessed are those that be vndefyled in the way: which walcke in the law of the Lord. ² Blessed are they that kepe hys testimonies, and seke him with their whole herte. ³ Which walcke in hys wayes, and do no wickednes. ⁴ Thou haste geuen strayte charge to kepe thy commaundementes. ⁵ O that my wayes were stablished to kepe thy statutes. ⁶ So shoulde I not be confounded while I haue respecte vnto all thy commaundemente

¹ Thus sayth the Lord Kepe equite, and do ryght, for my sauing health shal come shortly, & my righteousnes shalbe opened. ² Blessed is the man that doth this & the mans chylde which kepeth the same. He that taketh hede, that he vnhalow not the Sabboth (that is) he that kepeth him self that he do no euyll.

¹² O well is him, that wayteth, & commeth to the thousande .iij.C. & .xxxv. dayes.

²¹ Not al they that saye vnto me, Maister Maister, shal enter into the kingdome of heauen: but he that doeth my fathers will which is in heauen. ²² Many will saye to me in that daye: Maister, maister, haue we not in thy name prophesied? And in thy name haue cast out deuylles? And in thy name haue done many miracles? ²³ And then will I knowledge vnto them, that I neuer knewe them. Departe from me, ye workers of iniquitie. ²⁴ Whosoeuer heareth of me these sayinges and doethe the same, I wyll lyken hym vnto a wyse man which buylt hys housse on a rocke ²⁵ and aboundaunce of rayne descended, and the flouddes came, and the windes blew and bet vpon that same housse, and it fell not because it was grounded on the rocke. ²⁶ And whosoeuer heareth of me these sayinges and doeth them not, shalbe lykened vnto a folyshe man whyche buylt hys housse vpon the sande ²⁷ and abundance of rayne descended, and the floudes came, and the wyndes blewe and bet vpon that housse, and it fell, and great was the fall of it.

³⁷ Happye are those seruauntes, whom the Lorde when he commeth, shall fynde wakynge: Verely I saye vnto you, he wyll girde hym selfe aboute, and make them sytte doune to meate, & walke by, & mynyster vnto them. ³⁸ And yf he come in the seconde watche, yea yf he come in the thyrd watche, and shal fynd them so: happye are those seruauntes.

¹² Art thou greater, then our father Iacob, whyche gaue vs this well, and he him selfe dranke therof, and hys chyldren, and his catell?

⁷ Then Iesus sayed vnto them agayne Verelye I saye vnto you: I am the dore of the shepe.

⁹ I am the dore: by me yf any man enter in, he shalbe safe, and shall go in & oute, and fynde pasture.

⁶ Iesus sayd vnto hym: I am the waye, the truthe and the lyfe. And no man commeth to the father, but by me.

¹⁵ Yf ye loue me, kepe my commaundementes

²¹ He that hathe my commaundementes and kepeth them, the same is he that loueth me. And he that loueth me, shal be loued of my father: And I will loue hym, and will shewe myne owne selfe to him. ²² Iudas sayd vnto hym (not Iudas Iscarioth) Lord what is the cause that thou wilte shewe thy selfe vnto vs, & not vnto the worlde? ²³ Iesus aunswered and sayd vnto hym, yf a man loue me, and will kepe my saiynges, my father also will loue hym & we will come vnto hym, and will dwell to hym.

¹⁰ Yf ye shal kepe my commaundementes, ye shall byde in my loue, euen as I haue kepte my fathers commaundementes, and abyde in hys loue. ¹¹ These thynges haue I spoken vnto you, that my ioye myght remayne in you, and that youre ioye myght be full. ¹² This is my commaundement, that ye loue together as I haue loued you. ¹³ Greater loue then thys hath no man, then that a man bestowe hys lyfe for hys frendes. ¹⁴ Ye are my frendes, yf ye do whatsoeuer I commaunde you.

¹⁹ Circumcison is nothinge, vncircumcision is nothinge, but the kepinge of the commaundementes of God is altogether.

⁹ But take hede that your libertye cause not the weake to faule.

⁵ Either haue we not power to leade aboute a syster to wyfe as well as other Apostles, and as the brethren of the Lord, and Cephas?

⁶ For in Iesu Christ nether is circumcysion any thing worth, neyther yet vncircumcysyon, but fayth which by loue is myghtye in operacyon.

³ And euery man that hath thys hope in him, pourgeth him selfe, euen as he is pure.

²³ And this is his commaundement, that we beleue on the name of his sonne Iesus Christ and loue one another, as he gaue commaundemente. ²⁴ And he that kepeth hys commaundementes, dwelleth in hym and he in him, & therby we know that there abydeth in vs of the spyryte, which he gaue vs.

³ This is the loue of God, that we kepe his commaundementes, and his commaundementes are not greuous.

⁷ Let him that hath eares heare, what the spirite sayeth vnto the congregacions. To him that ouercommeth, wyl I geue to eate of the tree of lyfe, whyche is in the middes of the Paradyse of God.

¹⁴ And I sayd vnto hym: Lorde thou wotest. And he said vnto me: these are they which came out of great tribulacion, and made their garmentes large and made them white, in the bloude of the lambe,

¹² & had walles great and hye, and had twelue gates, & at the gates .xij. angelles: & names wrytten, which are the twelue trybes of Israel:

²⁷ And there shal enter into it none vncleane thyng, neyther whatsoeuer worketh abominacyon: or maketh lyes: but they onely which are wrytten in the lambes boke of lyfe.

² In the middes of the strete of it, and of eyther syde of the ryuer was the wode of lyfe: which bare .xij. maner of frutes: & gaue frute euerye moneth: and the leaues of the wodde serued to heale the people wythall.

⁷ Beholde I come shortly. Happy is he that kepeth the saiyng of the prophesy of this boke.
