¹¹ If I saye: peraduenture the darkenesse shall couer me, then shall my nyghte be turned to daye.

²² Loke what lyeth hyd in darcknesse, he declareth it openly: and the very shadowe of death bringet he to lyght.

¹² Now because that God is hyer then the heauens, & because thou seyst that the starres are so hye ¹³ wilt thou therfore saye: Tush, how shoulde God know? Doth his dominion reach beyond the cloudes: ¹⁴ Tush, the cloudes couer him, that he may not se, for he dwelleth in heauen.

¹¹ For he sayeth in hys herte: Tushe, God hath forgotten, he hath turned awaye hys face, so that he wyll neuer se it. ¹² Aryse Lorde God, lyfte vp thyne hande and forget not the poore. ¹³ Wherfore should the wycked blaspheme God and saye in his herte: tush, he careth not for it:

⁷ And yet they saye: Tushe, the Lorde seyth not, the God of Iacob regardeth it not.

¹⁵ Wo be vnto them that seke to depe, to hyde theyr ymagynacion before the Lorde, which reherse theyr councels in the darcknes, & saye: who seyth vs, or who knoweth vs?

²⁴ Maye eny man hyde hym self so, that I shal not se him? sayeth the Lorde. Do not I fulfyll heauen and earth? sayeth the Lorde.
