⁹ And the sonnes of Aaron broughte the bloude vnto hym, & he dypt hys fingers in the bloud and put it vpon the hornes of the alter, & poured the bloud vnto the bottome of the alter.

⁶ and shal dyp hys fynger in the bloude & sprinkle therof seuen tymes before the Lord: euen before the hanging of the holy place. ⁷ And he shal put some of the blud vpon the hornes of the alter of swete sence before the Lord which is in the tabernacle of wytnes, & shal poure all the bloud of the oxe vpon the bottome of the alter of burntoffrynges which is by the dore of the tabernacle of witnes.

²⁵ Then let the priest take of the bloude of the synneofferyng with hys fynger, and put it vpon the hornes of the burnt offeryng aulter, & poure his bloud vpon the botome of the burntofferyng alter,

³⁰ And the priestes shall take of the bloud wyth hys fynger, & put it vpon the hornes of the burntofferyng alter, and poure al the bloud vpon the botome of the alter,

¹⁵ And when it was slaine, Moses toke of the bloude and put it vpon the hornes of the alter round aboute wt hys finger, & purified it, & poured the bloud vnto the botome of the alter, & sanctified it & reconciled it.

¹² Afterwarde he slewe the burntoffering, & Aarons sonnes brought the bloud vnto hym, and he sprinkeled it rounde about vpon the aulter.

¹⁸ Then he slewe the oxe & the ram that were the peoples peaceofferynges, & Aarons sonnes brought the bloud vnto hym, & he sprynkled it vpon the alter round aboute,

¹⁸ Then he shall goo out vnto the alter that stondeth before the Lord, and reconcyle it, and shall take of the bloud of the bullock & of the bloude of the goote, & put it vpon the hornes of the altare rounde about,

¹⁰ For it became him, for whom are al thynges and by whom are al thinges, after that he had brought many sonnes vnto glory, that he should make the Lorde of their saluacyon perfect thorowe sufferinge.

²² And also all moost all thynges, are by the lawe pourged wyth bloude, and wythout sheddynge of bloude is no remyssyon. ²³ It is then nede that the simylytudes of heauenly thinges be puryfyed wyth such thinges but the heauenly thynges them selues are puryfyed with better sacryfyces then are those.

⁴ For it is vnpossyble that the bloude of oxen and of gotes shoulde take awaye synnes. ⁵ Wherfore, when he commeth into the world he sayth: Sacrifyce and offerynge thou wouldest not haue: but a body hast thou ordeyned me. ⁶ In sacryfyces and synne offerynges thou hast not luste. ⁷ Then I saide: Lo I come, in the cheyfest in the boke it is wrytten of me, that I should do thy wil, o God. ⁸ Aboue when he had sayd sacryfyce and offerynge, and burnte sacrifices and synne offerynges thou wouldest not haue, neither hast alowed (whyche yet are offered by the lawe) ⁹ and then sayd, Lo I come to do thy wyll, O God: he taketh awaye the fyrste to stablysshe the latter. ¹⁰ By the whiche wyll we are sanctyfyed, by the offerynge of the bodye of Ieu Christ once for all. ¹¹ And euery priest is redy daylie mynistring and ofte tymes offereth one maner of offerynge whyche can neuer take awaye synnes. ¹² But thys man after he had offered one sacryfyce for synnes, satte hym downe for euer on the right hande of God, ¹³ and from henceforth taryeth tyl hys foes be made hys fote stole. ¹⁴ For wyth one offeryng hath he made perfecte for euer, them that are sanctyfyed. ¹⁵ And the holy ghost also beareth vs record of thys, euen when he told before: ¹⁶ Thys is the testamente that I wyl make to them: after those dayes sayth the Lorde. I wyll put my lawes in theyr hertes and in theyr mynde I wyll wryte them ¹⁷ and theyr synnes and iniquities wyll I remember no more. ¹⁸ And where remyssyon of these thynges is, there is no more offerynge for synne. ¹⁹ Seynge brethren that, by the meanes of the bloude of Iesu, we may be bold to enter into that holy place,
