⁵⁸ Iesus said vnto them: Verelye verely I saye vnto you: yer Abraham was I am.

¹⁴ Then sayd God vnto Moyses: I wilbe what I wyll be: & he said, this shalt thou say vnto the children of Israel: I wilbe did send me to you.

²² The Lord hym self had me in possession in the begynning of hys wayes, or euer he beganne hys workes afore tyme. ²³ I haue bene ordeyned from euerlasting, & from the beginning or euer the earthe was made. ²⁴ When I was borne, there were nether depthes nor springs of water. ²⁵ Before the foundacions of the mountaynes were layed, yea, before al hylles was I borne. ²⁶ The earth & all that is vpon the earth was not yet made, no not the grounde it selfe. ²⁷ For when he made the heauens, I was present: when he sette vp the depthes in ordre: ²⁸ when he hanged the cloudes aboue: when he fastened the sprynges of the depe: ²⁹ When he shut the sea within certayn boundes, that the waters should not go ouer their markes. ⁶ For vnto vs a chylde shalbe borne, and vnto vs a sonne shalbe geuen. Vpon his shoulder shall the kyngedome lye, and he shalbe called with hys owne name. The wonderous geuer of councel, the myghty God, the euerlastinge father, the prynce of peace,

¹³ And euen he am I from the begynnynge, & there is none that can take any thynge out of my hande. And what I do, can no man chaunge.

⁶ Moreouer, thus hath the Lorde spoken: euen the Kynge of Israel, and his auenger, the Lorde of Hostes: I am the fyrst & the last, and with out me is there no God.

⁸ yee and that without any feare or stoppe. For haue not I euer tolde you hytherto, and warned you? Ye can beare me recorde youre selues. Is there any God excepte me? or any maker, that I shuld not knowe hym.

⁹ Remembre the thynges which are past, sence the begynnyng of the worlde: that I am God, & that there is els no God, yee & that there is nothynge lyke vnto me.

¹² Herken vnto me O Iacob, and Israel whom I haue called I am euen he that is, I am the fyrst & the last.

² And thou Bethleem Ephrata, art lytle among the thousandes of Iuda, Out of the shall come vnto me, whyche shall be the gouernoure in Israell: whose out goinge hath bene from the begynnyge, and from euerlastynge.

¹ In the begynnynge was the worde, and the word was with God, & the worde was God. ² The same was in the begynnynge wyth God.

³⁴ Iesus aunswered them: verelye, verelye I say vnto you, that whosoeuer committeth synne

⁵¹ Verely verely I saye vnto you, yf a man kepe my saiynges, he shall neuer she death.

⁵ And nowe glorifye me thou father with thyne owne selfe with the glorye which I had with the, yer the worlde was

²⁴ Father, I will that they which thou haste geuen me, be with me where I am, that they maye se my glory which thou hast geuen me. For thou louedest me before the makynge of the worlde.

¹⁷ and he is before all thinges, and in hym all thinges haue theyr beynge.

¹⁰ And thou Lorde in the beginninge hast layed the foundacion of the earth. And the heauens are the workes of thy handes. ¹¹ They shal peryshe, but thou shalt endure. They all shal wexe olde as doth a garment, ¹² and as a vesture shalt thou chaunge them, and they shalbe chaunged. But thou arte alwayes, and thy yeares shal not fayle.

⁸ Iesus Christe yesterdaye and to daye, and the same contynueth for euer.

⁸ I am Alpha and Omega, the begynnynge and the endynge, sayeth the Lorde almyghty, whiche is, which was, and whiche is to come.

¹¹ saiynge. I am Alpha and Omega, the fyrst and the laste. That thou seest wryte in a boke, and sende it vnto the congregacyons which are in Asia, vnto Ephesus, and vnto Smyrna, & vnto Pergamos, and vnto Sardis, & vnto Phyladelphia, and vnto Laodicia.

¹⁷ And when I sawe hym, I fell at hys fete, euen as dead. And he layde hys ryght hande vpon me, saiynge vnto me: feare not, I am the fyrste, and the laste, ¹⁸ and am alyue, and was dead. And beholde I am alyue for euer more and haue the kayes of hell, & of death.

⁸ And vnto the angell of the congregacion of Smyrna wryte: These thynges sayeth he that is fyrst, and the last, which was dead & is alyue.
