¹⁸ As truely as I liue (sayeth the kynge, whose name is the Lorde of Hostes) it shal come as the mount of Thabor, and as Libanus yf it stond in the sea.

²² And his coastes mette at Thabor Sahazimah and at Bethsames & endeth at Iordan, sixtene cytyes with their villages.

⁶ And she sent and called Barak the sonne of Abinoam, out of Kedes Nephtalim, and sayde vnto hym. The Lorde God of Israel commaundeth the, that thou go and drawe to mounte Thabor, and take wyth the ten thousande men, of the chyldren of Nephtalim and of the chyldren of Zabulon.

⁴² And when Ahab went vp to eate & to dryncke, Eliah went vp to the toppe of mount Carmel. And bowed hym selfe to the earthe, & put hys face betwene hys knees, ⁴³ and sayd to hys seruaunt: go vp and loke towarde the sea. And he went vp and loked, and saide: here is nothing. And he sayd: go agayn .vij. tymes.

¹² Thou hast made the north and the south, Tabor and Hermon shal reioyse in thy name

⁴ sayeth oure redemer, which is called the Lorde of Hostes the holy one of Israel.

² whiche are called fre men of the holye citie, as they that loke for comforte in the God of Israel, whose name is the Lorde of hostes.

¹⁰ But the Lorde is a true God, a lyuynge God, and an euerlastinge kyng. Yf he be wroth, the earthe shaketh: all the Gentiles maye not abyde his indygnacyon.

²⁶ And therefore: heare the worde of the Lorde al Iuda, ye that dwel in the lande of Egipte. Beholde, I haue sworne by my greate name, sayeth the Lorde, that my name shall not be rehearsed thorow any mans mouth of Iuda, in al the lande of Egipte: to saye: The lord God lyueth,

¹⁵ Moab shall be destroyed, and her cities brente vp: her chosen yong men shall be slayne, sayeth the king, whose name is the Lorde of Hostes.

¹⁷ By the reason of wysdome, all men are become fooles. Confounded be all the casters of ymages for the thynge that they make is but disceyte, and hath no breath.

¹⁴ Cursed be the dissembler, which hath in his flocke one that is male and when he maketh a vowe, offereth a spoted one vnto the lord. For I am a great king (sayeth the Lorde of hostes) and my name is fearfull amonge the Heathen.

³⁵ nor yet by the earth, for it is his fotstole: neither by Ierusalem for it is the citye of the great kinge

¹⁷ So then vnto God, kyng euerlastyng, immortall, inuysyble, and wyse onely, be honoure & prayse for euer and euer. Amen.
