¹ Thou sonne of man, prophecie vpon the mountaynes of Israel, & speake: Heare the worde of the Lorde, O ye mountaynes of Israell:

²⁹ O thou earth, earth, earth: heare the worde of the Lorde:

² Thou sonne of man, turne thy face to the mountaynes of Israel, that thou mayest prophecie vnto them, ³ & saye Heare the worde of the Lorde God, O ye mountaynes of Israell: Thus hath the Lorde God spoken to the mountaynes, hilles, valleyes and dales. Beholde, I wyll brynge a swearde ouer you, & destroye youre hye places:

⁴⁷ and say to the the wood toward the south: Heare the worde of the Lorde: thus sayeth the Lorde God: Beholde, I wil kindle a fire in the, that shal consume the grene trees with the drye. No man shal be able to quenche hys flamme, but al that loketh from the south to the north, shalbe brent therin:

²⁸ For I wyll make the lande so desolate and waste, and the pompe of her strength shall come to an ende. The mountaynes in Israell shalbe so waste, that no man shall trauayle therby.

¹⁴ I wil fede them in ryght good pastures, and vpon the hye mountaynes of Israell shal there foldes be. There shall they lye in a good folde, and in a fat pasture shall they fede, euen vpon the mountaynes of Israel.

⁴ Therfore heare the worde of the Lorde God, O ye mountaynes of Israell: Thus sayeth the Lorde God vnto the mountaynes and hilles, valleys and dales, to the voyde wildernesses & desolat cytyes, whiche are spoyled, & had in derisyon on euery syde, amonge the resydue of the Heathen:

⁸ And as for you (O mountaynes of Israell) ye shall shute out your braunches, and brynge forth youre fruyte to my people of Israell, for it is hard by, that it wyll come.

⁴ And he sayde vnto me: prophecye thou vpon these bones, & speake vnto them: Ye drye bones, heare the worde of the Lorde.

²² yee I wyll make one people of them in the lande, vpon the mountaynes of Israell, and they all shall haue but one kynge. They shall no mor be two peoples from henceforth, nether be deuyded in to two kyngdomes:
