¹⁴ And thys daye shal be vnto you a remembraunce, & ye shall kepe it holy vnto the Lord: euen thorow out your generacions after you shal ye kepe it holy daye, that it be a custome for euer.

¹ Then Moses & Aaron went & told Pharao, thus saieth the Lorde God of Israel. Let my people go, that they maye kepe holye day vnto me in the wildernes.

¹⁷ And se that ye kepe you to vnleuended bread. For vpon that same day I wyl brynge your armyes out of the lande of Egypte, therfore ye shal obserue thys day and al your children after you, that it be a custome for euer.

²⁴ Therfore se that thou obserue thys thyng, that it be an ordynaunce to the & thy sonnes for euer.

⁴³ And the Lord sayd vnto Moses & Aaron: thys is the maner of Passeouer; there shal no straunger eate therof,

⁹ Therfore it shall be a sygne vnto the vpon thyne hande a remembraunce betwene thyne eyes, that the Lordes lawe maye be in thy mouth. For with a stronge hande the Lord brought the out of Egypt, ¹⁰ se thou kepe therfore this ordynaunce in his season from yere to yere.

⁴ These are the feastes of the Lord which ye shal proclayme holy in their seasons. ⁵ The .xiiij. daye of the fyrst moneth at euen is the Lordes Passeouer.

⁸ And the sonnes of Aaron the preastes shal blowe the trompettes & shal haue them and it shalbe a lawe vnto you for euer and amonge youre chyldren after you.

⁴⁰ to be a remembraunce vnto the children of Israel, that no straunger which is not of the seed of Aaron, come nere to offer cense before the Lord, that he be not made lyke vnto Corah and hys companye: as the Lord sayd vnto hym by the hand of Moses.

⁸ And the Lorde spake vnto Aaron: behold I haue geuen the, the kepyng of mine heueofferynges in al the halowed thynges of the chyldren of Israel. And vnto the I haue geuen them vnto anoyntynge and to thy sonnes: to be a dutye for euer.

¹ Obserue the moneth of Abib and offer passeouer vnto the Lorde thy God. For in the moneth of Abib, the Lord thy God broughte the oute of Egypte by nyghte.

¹¹ And reioyce before the Lorde thy God, both thou, thy sonne, thy daughter, thy seruaunt and thy mayd, & the Leuite that is wythin thy gates, & the straunger, the fatherles & the wedowes that are among you, in the place which the lord thy god hath chosen to make hys name dwel there.

⁷ then say vnto them, how that the water of Iordan deuyded at the presence of the arcke of the appoyntmente of the Lord: euen while it went ouer Iordan, the water of Iordan deuyded. And these stones shalbe a memoryall vnto the chyldren of Israel for euer.

²⁵ And so from that daye forward was that made a law and a custome in Israel, and dureth to thys day.

²¹ And the kynge commaunded al the people sayinge: kepe the feaste of passouer vnto the Lorde your God, as it is wrytten in the boke of thys couenaunt.

⁹ And Nehemiah (whyche is Hathirsatha) & Esdras the prest and scrybe, and the Leuites that caused the people to take hede, sayde vnto all the people: thys daye is holy vnto the Lord youre God: be not ye sory therfore, & wepe not. For all the people wepte when they hearde the wordes of the lawe. ¹⁰ Therfore sayde he vnto them: go youre waye, and eate the fat, and dryncke the swete, and sende parte vnto them also that haue not prepared them selues: for this daye is holye vnto our Lorde, be not ye sory therfore: for the ioye of the Lorde is youre strength. ¹¹ And the Leuites stilled al the people, and sayde: holde youre peace for the daye is holye, vexe not ye youre selues. ¹² And all the people wente theyr waye to eate and drincke, and to sende parte vnto other, and to make great myrth, because they had vnderstande the wordes that were declared vnto them.

⁴ The mercyfull and gracyous Lord hath so done his maruelous workes, that they ought to be had in remembraunce.

¹³ Thy name. O Lorde, endureth for euer, so doeth thy memoryall, O Lorde, from one generacyon to another.

¹⁴ And for a meatofferynge he shall geue the syxte parte of an Epha, and the thyrde parte of an Hin of oyle (to myngle wyth the cakes) euery mournynge. Yee thys shalbe a daylye meatofferinge vnto the Lorde, for an euerlastynge ordynaunce:

¹⁴ And the crounes shalbe in the temple of the Lorde, for a remembraunce vnto Helem, Tobiah, Idaia, and Hen the sonne of Sophony. And suche as be farre of, shal come and buylde the temple of the Lorde,

¹³ Verelye I saye vnto you, wheresoeuer thys gospell shalbe preached throughout al the world, there shal also thys that she hath done, be told for a memorial of her.

¹⁹ And he toke bread, gaue thankes brake it, & gaue it to them, saiynge: This is my body which is geuen for you. This is the remembraunce of me.

⁷ Pourge therfore the olde leuen, that ye may be new dowe, as ye are swete bread. For Christ oure easterlambe is offered vp for vs. ⁸ Therfore let vs kepe holy daye, not wyth olde leuen, neither with the leuen of malycyousnes and wyckednes, but with the swete bread of purenes and trueth.

²³ That whiche I delyuered you, I receiued of the Lorde. For the Lorde Iesus the same nyght, in whyche he was betrayed, toke breade, ²⁴ and thanked and brake, and sayde. Take ye, eate ye thys is my bodye whiche is broken for you. Thys do ye in the remembraunce of me. ²⁵ After the same maner he toke the cuppe, when supper was done, saying. Thys cuppe is the newe testamente in my bloude. Thys do as ofte as ye drynke it, in the remembraunce of me. ²⁶ For as often as ye shal eate thys breade, and drincke this cuppe, ye shall shewe the Lordes death tyll he come.
